Honestly to lack of uptime strat and boss going to tower I'd KB to, I would just throw spear(2 times, 3 worst case scenario of me being and idiot) and do double CS combo What do you think about it?
as is shown you really should just always be able to uptime it regardless of what happens, and if not then you would only use 1x pt while soaking your second tower generally not recommended to do double CS combo after 2GCDs of downtime either, it only becomes good at 3 GCDs of downtime especially since it doesn't really help your alignment in this case either

if you were serious about your parse you would simply exist in the alternate reality where he always jumps to your knockback tower for full uptime
