Why would anyone give a hands down when all Dr. Cliff is trying to do is help people with their hearing aids? Seems to me there might be some jealousy amongst channels? He has been the only one that I have seen that covers everything, good and bad and covers everything completely! Thanks Dr. Cliff!

70% of what he says is true but let’s not forget he is an audiologist (sponsoring-reviewing/he is doing marketing) understandable but NOT a manufacturer NOT a electronic technician NOT a programmer…
he is a cool guy alright but let’s be honest 99.99% of ppl watching this think that everything is easy bcz it’s 21 century and bcz their hearing aids have an absurd cost, they think they can demand demand…
in this video it is best to just swap the rubber vent tube with a new one every 15 days plus let your personal specialist do the usual check up on the device AND you!
A 80-90 years trying to clean it him/her self will only result into tearing the cables or even worse destroy it completely and end up pay all over a huge amount (from 1-4000 bucks depending on a bunch of factors) for a new one…worth it? Nope

Thank you so much! My 95 yr old mom came to visit and this helped so much! I had no idea how to help her and there were no instructions other than what she remembered. Know that this was so nice coming from a professional and super informative and easy to understand step by step.
