I always had lots of problems with the tension on my sewing machine and would never sew anything. Last year I booked myself into a beginners sewing course and the teacher sorted out my tension problems for me and I am sewing beautifully now - I even bought myself a new machine for material sewing and kept my old one for my paper crafting. Junk journals and all the the great artists I watch on UA-cam got me back into sewing!

OMG dragonflies that large - I have an irrational fear of them and if I saw one that large I would for sure hyperventilate whilst screaming and crying. I almost drove my car off the round because one was on my front windscreen!!!!!!!! I love what you are doing with the envelope. I haven’t crafted for a while - lost my mojo but this is a little easy project that might give me the kick I need. Thanks for sharing ❤

Love the stitching rub on. The envelope is fantastic. To get rid of ants mix borax with warm water and a little bit of sugar in a spray bottle. Spray on areas that you see them entering your house. Blessings from Canada 🇨🇦

I like that set of stencils you used so much that I found a set on Etsy and ordered it. I do not own any stencils so this set seemed to fulfill my needs.
Cool project! I love coffee dying. I choose coffee over tea, as it's a warmer color. I guess envelopes will be my next project. I haven't tried them yet! I just get a shallow baking dish with coffee (instant) in it, and dip the "papers" in. I lay them out on the ground on a sunny day, and they dry so fast! It's like magic! You're always so inspiring! So glad you’re doing better lovey! I still have sad moments even after 8 years of losing my Mum but, even though it sounds a bit cliche, time IS a great healer. Mum was 100 when she passed but my Dad left us suddenly at age 65. 😢. LOVE your envelope and those stencils! Your schedule sounds good love and hope your Dad is coping well. Much love 😘❤️🇦🇺xxx
My lovely son bought me a very expensive sewing machine that forced me to get to grips with it. I couldn't leave it doing nothing when he had made such an effort. I found most problems are because the tension is wrong .I practised and practised and now I can do anything on it. I am not all that. I believe you could too if someone helped you. It just takes confidence. I live in the UK or I'd help you.

een erg mooie envelop heb je gemaakt voor in je junkjournal. het verbaasd mij altijd hoe je al die lichte kleurtjes inkt combineerd en dan met een verrassend resultaat. mooi inderdaad die stencils van Esther en de rubbons met stiksels. ik kan wel redelijk goed met naaimachine overweg, maar vind het altijd een gedoe om dat loeizware ding neer te zetten...hihi. fijn dat je je redelijk goed voelt door het freubelen.!!!🤗😘😊
Your envelope project turned out gorgeous . Very creative and pleasing to the eyes. I just bought stitching stamp, but also have stitching rub ons from over 15 years ago or longer. Was a big long pack in black, red, think blue. Has tons of rub ons. Have used them over the years here and there. I am surprised they still stick because they are so old. But happy with my stamp. Bought from Temu and they work well. Take care of yourself. Always love listening and watching you create a project. Hugs❤️

Cute envelope!!! You take the planner thing to litteral. Yes it's called like that but it's used as planner, memory keeping, art or junk journal, yes you can use it as a junk journal (saw that) too if you want!!! If you like these numbers from Esther's stencil set 4 (or is it 5 already?) There is another stencil of numbers in set 1 or 2 too (I can't find them at the moment) By the way if you ask Esther the splatter stencil are wine rings 🤪😂 ( I'm more of a tea person).

Fantastic envelope! I had trouble with tension on my sewing machine and found out at my local quilt fabric store that the bobbins that i was using even though they were Singer it turns out there are differences in them.😅
So very pretty! BTW about the Ants 🐜 ants hate pepper if you put it on the ground in front of the doors/ windows they will NOT cross that line of pepper! HTH
