I don't do junk journals, but I do make greeting cards. We have a similar project called "Stack, Cut and Shuffle" using papers on cardstock. But I think your project would make very nice gifts of bookmarks (I'm also an avid reader). Thank you for sharing your time and creativity with us for this project! ❤🤗🙏
This came up in my suggestions and I love the idea and the way they look. I have got to try it. I have just subscribed to your channel and am looking forward to more videos with ideas to try. Thank you so much for sharing.
I like the mixed papers with an item glued over them. I watch some people over decorate and you lose the charm of the background. Yours are Just Right!!!
I enjoyed your video - after seeing Gail’s video I tried several. I used card stock because that’s all the Christmas paper that I had and I wanted Christmas tags. It was difficult because of the thick card stock even though it was only like 65 pound. But I’ll give it a try again cause I really didn’t like the ones that I did before. I’m thinking about just putting vellum over it so you can’t really see them. Lol thanks for the video. It was fun.
Very nice project. I made one set using bright painty papers & I like mine very much. Yours are more subdued colors which are perfect backgrounds for the focal points you added. Maybe I'll try your idea next. Thank you for the inspiration.
I must have missed Gayle's video. I heard her referring to this in a video from the other day and thought, gee, I guess I'll have to look up what that means. I went back to my home page, and your video was recommended! I'm really glad, because your tags are lovely and you have a great explanation and demonstration. Thanks so much!
I love the idea! I have some larger scrap papers that would work great using this idea. I'll have to pull some out and try it. I also have file folders that I can cut to the right size for tags, journal cards.
Fabulous love these tags, great way to use loose papers . Thank you😊

Could you ink the edges right after tearing them, while they're paper clipped together?
@@tashainjena Yes, you sure can.

I’m going to have to make these tags. This technique takes all the stress and guess work out of collaging. Thank you.
You are so welcome! I'm not real comfortable doing collaging either. This was fun. 😊

Very cute, this is a popular Quilting method - years ago I made 6 mug rugs doing this technique. Thanks for reminding me I can do it with paper.
I'll bet them rugs were pretty. Thank You 😊

I think the thing you use for “scraping” is maybe a pampered chef product. I have many & now I’ll use them too. 😃
Thank You 😊. I really don't know where the little scrapper thing came from 🤣 but works well. Have fun. This was a fun project.
