Mafell makes the absolute best machines. We have so much very old and new Mafell machines, they are 30,40,50 an more jears old, but they are still in use and work Perfect.
I can Mafell absolut Recommend.
I am from Germany, please apologize my English.
Idk, if my job required to do these kinds of cutting it seems like a no brained to do what ever I needed to in order to acquire this saw.
Beautiful
Travis.. great video. Get a mic though... Could hardly hear you!!
Yes this was an older video I did, about 2 years ago now. Still need a better mic setup now though.
I'm going deaf and could hear him crystal clear on cheap smartphone with earphones. He speaks very clearly which, for me, is more important than loud
Get your ears tested. Heard him perfectly
So why did you do a 40 degree bevel and not a 45 will it not cut a 45 and how come you never answer anybody's questions but you pump out a lot of content
When they brought out these updated designs a few years back, they made sure the 55/50 model can cut a nominal 2x4 at 45 (unlike Festool’s copy). Max depth at 45 on the rail is 1-5/8” and so it realistically can do 1-1/2” thick material. That’s on the rail. Off the rail you gain almost a quarter of an inch. He doesn’t answer questions because he’s busy using tools he paid for instead of some others selling tools their paid to promote.
@@robertrada4783 lol, he pays for nothing.
@@acerjuglans383 Half and half. He paid for the Mafell.
What tool belt do you have?
Hi can you shed any light 🤣 on your LED mods? Look cool I've seen similar on some festool routers, cheers Tom
Hello what type of tool suspender is that ?
Can this saw be used without the rail? And can the rail be extended to cuts 1.2x2.4 sheets etc?
Can be used without the rail. It runs as well in the normal Mafell rails. The maximum cutting dept without rail is 58 millimeters, 2 1/4 inch.
Iam convinced
Can you cut 45 degree skirting?
Did you ditch the Stratos?
😎👍
That’s a nice wide rail that the saw can glide on .
What amp is the battery?
can u tell me the brand of the Toolvest, please?

Diese Amerikaner die nen Ganzen Werkzeugkoffer mit sich rumschleppen. 😂
Was wollen die damit machen???
Aber haben nur eine Schraubzwinge. Zwei sind doch schon besser...
the saw shifted and moved while cutting.....
I'm glad somebody else noticed.
The wood moved not the saw 😂
Yep the track slipped just before he said the track doesn't slip 😂
I remember why I don't own one. They are stupid expensive!
It is the Maybach of circular saws. Still a thing of beauty though
@@raul0ca I'd buy one it looks shit hot
@@jjamo5 Larry Haun used a 20 year old Skilsaw and could finish framing a house a day. I don't know if this saw could do that

@@raul0ca It's the user, not the tool. In Larry Haun's hands, any saw would do. This saw will definitely make life easier if you are demanding precision fit framing with many angles. Most framing does not justify the expense and complexity of a tool like this. But some does. Additionally, the mafell can cross over into finish carpentry territory and be used for making precise, clean on-site cuts to cabinets, panels, stair skirts and other things.
