Try to find "Disbelief Papyrus 0 upgrades cheesing" (or instead 0 upgrades phase 1 if you can't find), it will be useful for farm, also phase 1 is pretty strong if you know how to use this, and weak of enemy know how to dodge this
So some tips about the dull knife dull knife have 3 modes the yellow one have a hogh movement speed and attack speed but low dmg The red high dmg but take more dmg too The blue? One give them a lot of defense but attack speed is slow and they are also slow so use this to your advantage if you see a dull knife using yellow you are goning to be under a lot of pressure but you should't worry too much about it About disbelief now you should worry about high dmg weapon your worst nightmare are the chaos saber reason is that they are fast and deal a lot of dmg and also durable if you see a player using them you are pretty much dead (if they know how to use it) you can't realy do a lot about it Your second nightmare is the fricking hat it deal a decent ammount of dmg but it will more like focus on taking down your stamina best way to deal with it is to bring the fight in a stall of they don't hit you for a certain ammount of time they are gona be forced to use the fists dealing barely 5 dmg third danger asgore trident it deal tons of dmg so try to avoid the attack or just block it . About the main strategy you should actualy focus about standing still doing realy smal steps you can use skill 1 to actualy escape or attack but your main dps is still gona be the spinning bone and the blasters So overall at first try to camp and run away using the skill 1 then after you got some experience on the character knowing most of it you can try to actualy avoid the camp and try more of a rushing tactic
stop moving like that you can't get stamina like that and always shoot the blasters strat while moving in the same direction as them when players are neer you and always aim at a perdited spot of wear the players may move like a trick

A tip for disbelief: you can “repell” when you pressed block right before the chara’s attack it will restore the your stamina like 20.

Don’t constantly use block until your low on health, blocking is just a waste of stamina especially when it interferes with stamina regeneration
Im glad i didn't try grinding him before, he got much stronger so it's easier now
I was one out of like 90 ppl who grinned disbelief in 2023
Block wastes 5 stamina which means you can spam block while standing you can also repell easier
