Outer also got his jump cooldown reduced, which means he can just run while jumping and spam his 0 stamina blasters ☠️

you forgot a lot of stuff,
Og papyrus got a new attack,
underworld papyrus got its goop rain removed but now instead of great leap it has going into the underground thingy,
dustbelief snowdin encounter 0 upgrades got a new attack, and remodel, animation when killing player from chara team
thats all for papyrus,
hardtale got a reworked timestop, grabbing the chara and attacking with the player instead
underfell sans also got a small change, making his bones white instead of red
science sans got his red lasers back
and little killer got new blasters

other changes for characters in this video, Outer's blasters now just don't use stamina anymore, Pacifell's attacks got some changes which kinda nerfed him, Pacifist Swap got a new theme
