I suggest soy curls instead of chicken. We buy them online from a company called Butler. You rehydrate them and can use in place of poultry in this and many dishes. Delicious! Search Butler soy curls. We use them often.

Complimenti.. e se provi con pezzetti di uovo sodo nel ripieno apposto del Pollo.. o con un po di pezzetti di pancetta soffritta... con un pizzico proprio di peccante e pochi pezzetti di Asiago dentro... x chi piace oviamente.. Ma con il Pollo veramente buonissimo pure!! 👏 👏
