Devo dire che ho provato alcune ricette del canale. Il metodo di " spurgare" le melanzane col tuo sistema, senza doverle sciacquare ed asciugare, è davvero efficace. Uno dei miei figli ha frequentato l' Istituto Alberghiero,usa spesso il formaggio tipo Philadelphia nei suoi sughi o creme per i risotti o pasta .Buon proseguimento!!!😊
Ce Monsieur n’es pas un bon cuisinier car les aubergines faut d’abord les mélanger avec du sel quelques minutes, elle vont cracher l’eau ensuite bien les rincer et les frire. Là elle ne seront pas imbibée d’huile comme les siennes qu’il a mis dans le sopalin. Pour le reste je dirai que c’est parfait
