DAMN those nice i actually binge watched all you e30 videos today in school and i was like damn i cant wait for the next video, you read my mind XD also the cars looking good man
Little brother, you have a great channel, but may I make one friendly suggestion? Wash your car suspension parts when you take them off. You should never pull parts, work on them dirty and install them back on dirty. You've got a beautiful coil over set but the black and red clashes with mud. You're driving a BMW. You may not realize how many of us wanted that car in the 1980s, but the most we could afford was a $16,000 280zx. E30s were about $24,000. Honor everyone from the factory worker to the design team and keep it pretty. Maybe some fans will follow your steps and keep the sparkle in their rides as well. Other than that, you got a cool channel and it's fun to watch you build. Peace!
Thank you for the feedback! With my new 2002 build, I'm doing exactly that 😁 I'm using a sandblaster and cleaning all the parts I take off and I plan on either powdercoating them or painting the pieces before I reinstall them. I'm most liking going to redo the undercoating as well. On my white turbo e30, I always try to clean everything I remove and I did that for the motor and suspension when it was removed. This car in this video was suppose to be my track car and I didn't bother cleaning the parts at the time since I knew I was going to remove the suspension in the future to replace the bushings. I plan on making it as clean as I can though! 🤙
Very nice! New subscriber! I was wondering if you damaged the rubber boots of the rods and the arms you separated with those “forks”. Are they hard to use? Perhaps a ball joint separator would come in more handy? What do you think? Many thanks!
You're right; a ball joint separator is definitely a way better tool to use! I actually bought one soon after doing this video and its such a life saver to have 👍👍 and thank you for the support!
great, I just bought a E30 1984 327i coupe my pop out rear driver seat window is broken , my question is do all models windows fit are they all the same please answer and thanks
I sold the car to a friend a few years ago and it's been down for a bit since he's in the process of turbo charging it. But from what he and I experienced with the coilovers, they are great and have lasted many years so far with no issues!
The Breddy I'll be posting it this week for sure! And my buddy got them from r3vlimited 2nd hand and he threw them in as a deal when I bought this car 😁
+derkm can the CATUNED go close to stock height like 3 to 4 finger gaps for F/R and can you slam/tuck the crap of your ride. I trying say more room to adjust going up or down. Thanks. Good vid!
Thank you man! And it partially depends on how far up/down you get the front spindle welded. They have a good amount of room for adjustment but I would contact CATuned just to be sure.
Love your shirt when you first walk up to your Christmas tree ;)

Woah sweet! 🤙🏻
May I ask which stud length you ended up buying? I'm running Borbet A's on my E30 as well without spacers.
Hello, how long did they last and do you still use them? Can you give some review? Thanks! :)
