Just heard about your spinal injury. Hope you’re okay dude. I’ve had a spinal injury and a leg injury. Left me disabled learning to walk again through one leg. Before that I was incredibly fit triathlete. Two things get you better. Never give up, and rest. Don’t be afraid to have deep rest. If you aren’t getting better don’t be anxious.when you let that injury anxiety go, but keep doing rehab, one day you wake up and realise the injury is better. You can walk again without an aid. You can run again. You can lift and swim again.

Our last day of gyms being open. Nationwide they are all closing for a month here in the UK 😩 got an arm workout in before having to use home weights. Keep it up Cal, your videos are always a good motivator 💪💪💪
