Great tips. I can definitely use this on my next apartment project to keep all the door types to a minimum. Also the room finish schedule for painting I can see as a much easier way to keep my eyes from going bonkers editing a massive schedule.
Great info, thanks. Made the key schedule with about 33 hardware sets from the project specs. I can easily go to the properties of each door and change to the correct hardware set with no problem. I can not change the hardware set in the door schedule though. I do not get the drop down choices like you displayed in the video. The drop drown choices do appear in the door properties. is there a step in creating the key schedule I missed?

It might have to do with the way your schedule is filtered or organized...
