Dio Sabbath as I like to call it always gives me a feeling that’s hard to explain, it feels like something wants to jump out of my body and be part of the music. Black Sabbath with Dio is the pinnacle of music...
@@alexandernachalnichki9885 This was one of their best Alexander. Dio and Iommi were meant to be in the same band. Dio had the voice that was well tuned with Tony. Actually, I like the two better than Ozzy and Tony. Friday the 13th, Nov. 1994 I seen this live in Oakland. Went there sober, and still remember the show. I only wish that they would have taken Dio's stomach pain more serious. Dio went on tour with this, and it ended up cancer, that of course ended Dio. They say if Dio would've seen a Dr. about this before their tour, he'd most likely still be with us. I will always miss Dio. One of a kind, he was in choir school in a church, you can tell be the way he sounded. Up and down vocals, may he rest in peace.
@@alexandernachalnichki9885 One of a kind concert Alexander. It was on Friday the 13th 1994 Oakland Coliseum. Great day to see Black Sabbath...lol Dio will always be within me. This is the one song that will pump me up when I’ve gotta find the inner beast. I never understood why this wasn’t more popular. killer song all the way through.
The first time I saw him live in 81 he sang Neon Knights and the world went away . It took me years to notice how short he was . Still seems like a giant to me .
Funny how people call this album underrated... For me this was the first album I listened from Black Sabbath. I think i was 14 or so and chose it by the cover. It remains one of the best albums I ever heard.
Steven, Dio started out in a choir school. This was a part of this learning on how to raise and lower his , "mean ass voice" Never thought I would say this, but I like him better than Ozzy.
Ozzy is good i love him but ozzy could not achieve his maximum potential due to his drug-substance-abuse life. On the other hand dio is a hardworking professional man who achieved god's level , they even call him metalgod. No way to compare , dio's perfomance and singing is superior, a true artist.
2:51-2:54 LIVE. I Live this still, 4:43-4:52 and 5:00-5:08 still gives me chills. Seen this guitar live by Tony about 30 ft from the stage, on a platform about 4 ft above everyone else. I Will not forget this, the guitar strings, man that was fast! So fast it was hard to see all of his fingers move all at once. With my binoculars, and a zoom lense I could see the hair on Tony's knuckles! I went to this show to see this song live, I still remember this as well. November, Friday the 13th 1994, Oakland Coliseum. Friday the 13th, great day for this event!

One of the most meanest and best of Black Sabbath! On Friday the 13th, Oakland 1994 I was waiting for this song to be played. I got up and ran to the front of the stage just to see part 251-254 played, I seen this and I am thinking about this every time I listen to this. That was fast and furious. Tony played this again at the last. WOW! I went the clean and sober., so I wouldn't forget this. I have not either. Some mean strings.
If you were sober you’d remember that by 1994 Dio left the band and if you heard this song it was sung by Tony Martin. That in itself would be quite cool to hear his version of it.
This is one of my favorites. I have listened to this band, "Black Sabbath" since the age of 13. I have most of every song's lyrics down. When Ozzy was fired, quit, Dio come in. Dio is one of my favorite voices. He was in a church where he sang in choir. His voice, listen.
Ya Paul I agree. Being a fan of this band for forty four years, and one that knows most of the lyrics to every song, I really enjoy this. It's bringing back the Friday the 13th 1994 even in Oakland, when this was viewed live.
