Opportunities for NEMT providers include: senior nursing facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation homes, medical delivery, private, pay, clients, child transportation and more.
Ok I’m a very Social People person, I’m currently a NEMT, I just started a month ago, with ZTRIP in Indianapolis IN! But I’m not making as much take home money as I thought, because I’m paying out $535 a week just to lease the car from ZTrip! Sooo I want to Start my own NEMT business
Oh! this is definitely worth a video. We will have to look into this app. Girl Yes! start your own business. This is the first time we have hear of this application but playing 535.00 to rent the vehicle is crazy. How much do you profit in a week? How many trips do you complete within the week? How many hours a week are you putting in? Are you doing wheelchair rides or only people that can walk? Girl we got questions. lol Hope to hear from you soon beautiful!
Hey ladies!! I’m here from Shauns UA-cam channel who interviewed you all. I’m binge watching all the videos. I’ve been saying I wanted to do this for YEARS!! Working in the healthcare industry and seeing the elders being left at appointments had me HEATED!! I used to argue with companies all the time about how long they had them wait. I had a box truck but I want to do what my heart desires which is this. I downloaded the Ebook and I’m on it. My question is… since I already have MCJ Trucking and Logistics LLC and I’ve established business credit. Can I just continue with my business name? I mean I’m women owned certified with the SBA and everything… I know in a previous video you said to separate things but since it’s already transportation I would like your thoughts. THANK YOU Thank you all for sharing all this knowledge on this UA-cam channel!! I love it!!!!
Welcome to our platform! We hope that you are able to gain some useful insight into our industry. Regarding your question, I would say seek advice from a license professional. I've heard of multiple businesses under one LLC but I would be considered about the liability. Definitely look into the pros and cons.
Ladies; are you in a space where both of you no longer drive? If so, is it better to simply be Admin side of the business and stay mostly in the office? Are there any plans for either one of you to no longer drive?
We do both. It depends on your company finances. If your able to hire drivers to do the work for you go for It but If you need to cut your cost then you may want to get behind the wheel sometimes.
Hi Jasmine and Monica. can you tell me where to purchase a van at or where do I begin. I'm struggling a little bit with that. I'm in North Carolina. thanks
Finding a van seems to be a challenge for a lot of people right now as our industry is becoming more popular. I would recommend searching mobility dealerships in your area or you may have to go outside of your area. You can also search places like craigslist or Facebook marketplace, but definitely be cautious when purchasing vehicles off of those websites.
It depends on the trip volume in the area. If you are thinking about getting in contract with a broker I would have a conversion with the provider relations manager prior to signing a contract to discuss trip volume and if any (guarantees). Generally brokers that have the state contract will have a higher volume of trips.
What was the reason for MTM asking him to take a pay cut? My business is he wanted more business. If he took a pay cut for this reason it was not a smart decision. @@bonniegarcia7608

Girl yes. The van conversions is everything. I sometimes reach their destination too soon and we still will be talking.
Girl! Our clients have a ton of wisdom. You can definitely learn a thing or two from them.
Thank u! but you didn’t go over how to find opportunities for NEMT

Not the kevin hart 😂😂 ... Loving to see u ladies win ❤
🤣
Great video lots of gems could I rent a van to start the business or do I have to on the van
Ment own the van
The vehicle should be in the company name or the owner of the vehicle can lease it to your business.
What’s the average amount of trip per week a broker will give you with just one driver when you first start up
Current nemt driver the provider I work with had to adjust rates per mtm and we took a huge pay cut to where it’s not even worth it.
