    I love wearing SoundArc with baha max 6 because it did not hurt my head. BandSoft was worse than SoundArc because it gave me migraines too much than SoundArc.

    I am suffering for Otosclerosis and Dr suggests me to go with surgery but before going to it, he told me to get a free trial of BAHA Aid. Yesterday my trial was scheduled and Dr after setting up the device according to my hearing loss, surprisingly it didn't work as it seems to be. I barely could hear the voice.
    Should i go to surgery ? My left ear hearing is too bad even after wearing Aid.

    Hi I am Manula I am in Sri Lanka I have been using the Baha cochlear BP 110 power hearing aid introduced by you in 2014 with government assistance for more than 8 years. But at the moment my hearing aid is in a dilapidated condition and I have had to do maintenance on it 2 times however I am currently preparing for my higher education and I have had a hard time doing that work with this hearing aid. I was in so much pain that I could hear the sounds of the world in an unbelievable way about the technology here. But my doctors told me that it was not appropriate to use this audio device anymore. At that sad moment, they introduced me to a new audio device that cost around Rs. 1.2 million in Sri Lanka, but it was difficult for me and my family to find such money. We asked for government support as before but the government has not done so yet it is very difficult to get it at the moment I am very sorry I have to stop in the middle of my future but I will continue my education somehow. I am saddened that Sri Lanka is currently in a severe dollar crisis and I urge you to help me if you can. If you can get it for free or any other convenient method I would love to give you the new audio equipment. I ask again if you can help me. Thank you so much for the audio equipment of the company that has made me hear the sounds of the world so far, especially thanks to its technicians. I have no other words to say. thank you.
