I have the spingen hybrid and is it me or is it really difficult to remove the phone from the case? All I think when there was a need to remove it is that I am going to break or bend the phone in the process 👀
The Google case is NOT protective, my screen cracked the first time I dropped it in this case with a screen protector on. The other cases look much better thank you for the review
Love your sense of humour! Do flaps on the ports (in Guardian for example) help with protecting the ports from water spills? I know it won't help if the phone is submerged. But would they protect from water spilling on the table with the phone there?

Had the Spigen Tough Armor and will not get it for my new Pixel phone because of the fingerprint reader. I agree you will not miss the fingerprint reader because it is sunken but I have never missed a fingerprint reader. The problem is the fingerprint reader is TOO DEEP that it is actually uncomfortable to use... you literally have to make an effort to push or dig your finger in that hole to make good contact instead of a simply resting your finger over the hole and making contact. a definite deal breaker.

2 questions about the official fabric case, I would really appreciate if you can answer. Edit: figured out the first one from other sources. 1. Is the lip raised at the top at all, and bottom? I couldn't quite tell from the video. I'd really like if it was raised even slightly because then I could lay it face down and not worry about scratching from tiny dust. 2. When I watch video horizontally I usually pinch the case with my thumb for grip (thumb holding down the case, other fingers on the back), would you say it's too rigid to comfortably pinch it from the side with your thumb, or is it loose enough and doesn't put too much pressure on the thumb?
