@@nycto0 totally depends if area is developing then real estate goes up as well.... My dad bought an apartment in 2012 in Mumbra (TMC BLD) 1 Bhk he bought it for 33L Now its valued at 40L . We have to consider inflation as back then purchasing power of money was stronger. And now its otherwise. it shows 33% Rise in asset value but considering inflation it might be as low as 15-18%. And thats just sad.
