I've been a fan of Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and horror for nearly 60 yrs. I'm a persnickety reader who will abandon a book for being too clumsy or cliche'. Found your channel when I was too broke to get new audiobooks. You have a new subscriber, and when I can I'll buy your work on Audible. You write fun stories! Thanks for uploading enough freebies to get me hooked. :)
Examples of things I really liked: - foreshadowing is just right...enough that I have a small clue where we're going but not enough to be predictable. - all major characters are unique and multi-faceted. Even minor characters are not worn-out tropes. I enjoyed Wesson's exquisitely inept creation a cowboy for his outer persona. Wesson doesn't notice that the real him is more appealing than his facade. - if you left any plot holes, I was having so much fun I missed them.
@@BradMagnarellaAuthor I just noticed my typo - I've been reading for almost 60 yrs, not 70. I turn 64 next month and haven't given up on finishing a fantasy novel and publishing it. Better late than never.
Odd FYI, you could always buy the author 'a cup of coffee ' / direct payperservice thingy done by youtube... rather than funding Amazon through Audible...
Excellent story and narration! Croft & Wesson are like a magical buddy cop duo, and they have great chemistry. Looking forward to more of their adventures!
i have trouble sleeping and reading from text for extended periods of time thanks so much i am new to your work and think you are an amazing writer so far
woohoo looking forward to this - will read on KU as well as I love to read myself, but def looking forward to listening to this as well :)) thanks B :)
Just found this looking for something fun to listen to that was free thanks so much for posting something awesome makes laugh and very into cause I want to know what happens next your awesome
Just subbed. Sounds good so far looking for a good place to start what you’ve got here so I can get a feel for the world. Would that possibly be sirens call?
This is the only book in the Croft & Wesson series so far, but there are a couple of Croft prequels up if you're interested in learning his backstory: ua-cam.com/play/PLvkhyUpSCp8WaOe7L7QRSglBMMpqpPUFt.html
Funniest think i heard this decade, with a couple of screwball protagonists, no decent coven would admit. Not even the left hand path ones , and the gods know they have some screwed up members. For wizards.. they make a half decent detective between them.
When talking about reservations there’s a good possibility they’re talking about the Indians with feathers in their hair... not dots on their foreheads.

Ugh literally starting this again for the umpteenth time. It’s so good. Please please please reconsider keeping this duo going❤❤❤❤

That was very enjoyable. Thank you
I love Brad's books. The audio books are awesome as well. Maybe due to the person narrating, they may even be better than the written word.
I don't usually listen to Fantasy audiobooks, but this was really good.
Great story great partnership much better than the zombie Gore over and over
Brilliant story and narration.
That was awesome thanks
Glad you enjoyed it!
Great fun. Thanks,
Awesome! Really enjoyed it and the other audiobooks made available.
Very much The Iron Druid like, I catch myself thinking: "Where the hell Oberon is and what joke is he about to crack this time..." 😉👍
I was a little dissuaded when it went from local issues in Arizona to all of a sudden climbing the world tree to fight gods.
Captivating!
Thanks for the book. This was a big brain move
Loved it.

Glad you're here! Though the books can be listened to independently, the chronology would be Book of Souls -> Siren Call -> Grimstone.

In dealing with the Witch the Prof was lucky he had his mother’s ball. So few of us had mothers who had balls.
