I’m an in-vetro baby!!! My mom had 6 miscarriages, I was on the newspaper in 1999 for being the first baby that conceived via a new way of in-vetro technology. My mom had me after a healthy pregnancy, i am soooooo praying and crying for you Celina. SENDING MY LIGHT AND LOVE🫶🏻

I was 5 ish weeks premature, and they did an article on me in the local newspaper. There were certainly other IVF babies before me. IVF/“test tube babies” was in practice in the 80s, perhaps very uncommon, but 🤷🏻♀️

I did IVF. I had both Fallopian tubes removed and my left ovary. I only had one chance I had a baby boy almost a year ago. This Saturday we will be one. Hitting all milestones. Active. It’s amazing. Congrats momma💗

I tried for 10 years too but in 2005 was blessed with a beautiful baby boy at birth through adoption. I wouldn't have it any other way because he was meant to be my child. I feel your pain with infertility. I experienced 6 losses. We took a break from trying for a few years because we just couldn't ourselves through the pain. We decided to start trying again last year. So I went to the doctor to be checked out to make sure everything was in order only to find out I had a very invasive pre-cancer. They highly recommended a hysterectomy. I wasn't sure what to do. I had the option to have them remove the precancerous cells and then try to get pregnant after they removed all of the cells. I decided to go that route. I had three surgeries within a year to try to get all of the cells. The last of those surgeries I had they had removed part of my uterus and it caused major bleeding. When I woke up the doctor told me the hysterectomy was the best option because at this point I wouldn't be able to carry. I had the hysterectomy at the beginning of the year and found out I actually had very severe undiagnosed PCOS. Unfortunately I will not be able to have any biological children but I plan on adopting. There are so many ways to become a parent. The journey there is just harder for some. 🎉 Congratulations
I just went through something similar!! I had a ectopic pregnancy 14 years ago and the baby ruptured my fallopian tube so they had to take my left tube. Got pregnant about 10 years ago suffered a miscarriage. Then last year I went to the ER for gallbladder pain and while trying to diagnose the pain they found a 6 inch cyst on my right ovary. I had to have surgery to remove it and they took my right ovary. So now I only have a right fallopian tube and a left ovary. Every Dr says it's impossible for me to get pregnant now. I'll never have a biological child. And way too poor for IVF or adoption. I am looking into fostering kids though.

Don’t be scared, my husband and I went through IVF in 2022 after 10 years of trying with no luck. It’s Lots of shots lots of ultrasounds and blood work but just keep reminding yourself you’re going to have a beautiful little bundle of joy in the end. It will fly by so excited for you!

I used a surrogate for the last two. They will be two and four in August/September. We used NYC Fertility in New York. The surrogate was from Chicago. She is the best person I've ever met. We are from Texas, so it was a journey, but I could not imagine my life without this lady in it. Yes, they are my kiddos, but she is a part of our family for life.
Is there financial help to get a surrogate? I can imagine it isn't cheap, but would be something I would love to look into with trouble with my 1st/only. 😢

Don’t be scared, my husband and I went through IVF in 2022 after 10 years of trying with no luck. It’s Lots of shots lots of ultrasounds and blood work but just keep reminding yourself you’re going to have a beautiful little bundle of joy in the end. It will fly by so excited for you!

I can't explain it and I don't ever recall feeling that way about anyone before but I knew if anyone was supposed to experience motherhood it was you.

I used a surrogate for the last two. They will be two and four in August/September. We used NYC Fertility in New York. The surrogate was from Chicago. She is the best person I've ever met. We are from Texas, so it was a journey, but I could not imagine my life without this lady in it. Yes, they are my kiddos, but she is a part of our family for life.

Is there financial help to get a surrogate? I can imagine it isn't cheap, but would be something I would love to look into with trouble with my 1st/only. 😢
I think it depends on where you are but 5here are grants or financing options out there.
