What a great sister in law. Tell her there’s no shame in her game I have the same spice box it’s just all kinds of goodies in it. My family keeps trying to give me a spice rack I don’t use it cause the jars are to heavy and the writing is too small. I’ve got arthritis real bad and I’m legally blind in one eye. So this way is u h easier for me. Keep sharing your recipes I love seeing you two together . Your whole family is se cute. I notice Diego looks like his Dad and Dominic looks like you. Yes, I enjoyed todays vlogmas, and learning and picking up different variations of cooking that is done in your area of the country in comparison to how I was taught in cooking were I'm from, maybe starting with dessert, or sides, I will like and follow.

When cooking and or baking, as a hispanic we don't measure. I loved your sister in law kneed the dough. Lol I gotta say Dominic is just too cute. I would love to see Ruby make her favorite dishes.
The food here in the USA is horrible my mom lives in Mexico and when she visits me she doesn't even like the fruits and vegetables here. I admire the process of how they make the food in Mexico and it tastes 10 times better as well.
Ruby reminds me of my mom, how she makes the dough. Just wing it lol. Also she bangs the dough on the table lol.

What I do lately is using zipper bags to put the spices in. I write the date down and sometimes the name ( specially with powder spices).I put all of these bags in a plastic container with lid ( we call it a toper in Mexico).😊

Yo a la masa para los buñuelos no le pongo mantequilla ni manteca, solo un poquito de aceite de cocina, una pizca de sal, hiervo hojas de tomatillos y con el agua caliente de las hojas amaso la harina para los buñuelos 🥰Bendiciones y Feliz Año Nuevo 🎊 🙏🏻
