కావలసిన పదార్థాలు:
దొండకాయలు - 250 గ్రాములు
నూనె - 3 టేబుల్స్పూన్లు
మసాలా దినుసులు (దాల్చిన చక్క, లవంగాలు, యాలకులు)
షాజీరా-1/2 టీస్పూన్
సోంపు గింజలు - 1/2 టీస్పూన్
ఉల్లిపాయలు - 2 (చిన్నగా తరిగినవి)
4 టొమాటోల ప్యూరీ
అల్లం వెల్లుల్లి పేస్టు - 1 టీస్పూన్
పసుపు - 1/4 టీస్పూన్
కారం - 2 టీస్పూన్లు
ధనియాల పొడి - 1 టీస్పూన్
జీలకర్ర పొడి - 1 టీస్పూన్
ఉప్పు - 1 టీస్పూన్
నీళ్ళు - 1/2 కప్పు
వేయించిన వేరుశనగ్గుళ్ళు - 1/4 కప్పు
నీళ్ళు - 1 కప్పు
గరం మసాలా పొడి - 1 టీస్పూన్
పంచదార - 1/2 టీస్పూన్
పొడవుగా తరిగిన అల్లం
పచ్చిమిర్చి
కసూరీ మేథీ
