One-Night Stand

The plaintiffs, Brandon and his wife Brande, are petitioning the court for a DNA test from the defendants, as they believe Brandon is not the father of one of the defendant’s children. The defendants, Kinetrella and her mother Kimberly, say Brandon never denied paternity of Kinetrella’s child until he married Brande. Kinetrella insists that Brandon is her child’s father.
