these were refugees from Korea after 1900 when Korea was taken over by Japan, also in the 1930-45, Manchu and Korea were essentially colony of Japan, so Koreans people moved to Manchuria to farm and often work as policemen and part of occupation force too.

If you describe the car to the police, they’ll be able to get the driver’s info. The car was videotaped. But if you wait too long, the video may have been deleted. Just a thought. I’ve been to China many times, the Chinese people were always respectful and helpful. Bear in mind that there are 1.4 billions of them and 50 ethnic groups.

I feel weird about me wanting to have a country (Québec) before I die, and you wanting to reunite your country. I hope every nation can have there own country without any border, that we can assume to live with the rules we care about and if we don't like these rule, we just have to move somewhere else instead of fighting each other, just vote first in your nation to change the rule by democraties or go somehere else the rules fit you... no need to fight!

@@ShredSTFully mainland Chinese cannot easily get Visa into ROC. They Usually have an easier time if they have other Citizenship or identification that shows they are from non-mainland China (i.e Hong Kong & Macau)

Unfortunately, there are creeps everywhere. Luckily, most people aren’t creeps. Not being able to go to half of Korea is so like Berlin when the wall was there. Strange from the outside, but worse from the inside (East Berlin), and North Korea is much much worse.

In contradiction people from the west were allowed to visit east Germany (not turnaround). You needed a visa, but was possible. Not like in Korea.
