They lost me as a future customer by prohibiting customizing the tv/video order. Most of the featured apps they force is crap I do not use. This is a non issue on Xbox.

I don't have the option to add games to a folder from the Library, but could from the tiles on the home screen. The ad for Resident Evil is giving someone in our house nightmares and there is no way to remove from the TV & Video screen, no matter what options I choose. ☹️ My workaround was to put all the junk on the home screen into 3 folders so the Library tile is now more accessible. We'll use that from now on. Thanks for putting me in the right track to use Library from now on.
Playstation for some reason still hasn't allowed users to pin UA-cam or other entertainment apps to the home screen. This is lame. I have to go to tv and video and then scroll past "featured apps" multiple viewing apps I don't use.
Did you create a folder the playroom and the ps5 are not created in the folder sure factory and spotify are creating in the folder the playroom and the tv and video capture gallery live from playstation and internet browser
I'm on xbox and currenly borrowing a friends PS4, feels like I'm in 2010 and have to go through different menus to start youtube. On xbox you press the xbox button, go down one step and press on My games and apps and then you have your pins there where you have youtube etc. And with NO wait time as there is when you press the TV and Video on PS folder on PS. Also why isn't the latest opened games and apps automatically pinned on the home screen? On Xbox the laters 5 games + apps are there as soon as you press the xbox button (4+ the disc game if yuu have a disc in)
Crunchyroll sometimes disappears in the recent apps used in terms of like tv and video and it annoys me bc I use it the most. I want it to be on my home screen fr
This was super helpful, but SO infuriating at how sony clearly sacrificed user-friendliness to force the ads in the tv/video app on you. They even make you switch over to the next tab to see your own apps every time, so you always see promoted stuff first. 😒

They don’t let you do this for TV and Video apps so that you have to pass Amazon recommended garbage on the way to them.

UA-cam actually use to stay on your home screen like a regular app, probably around late 2016 is when they changed it to how it is now . No 🧢
