I enjoy Tsundere characters, but I'm a bit picky about the kind of Tsundere that I'm attracted to. I don't mind the occasional name calling from the Tsundere, but some Tsundere characters go overboard with it. Takeru from Collar x Malice is a good example. At first, I couldn't stand him because he'd constantly insulted and belittled the MC, but once I got to his soft side, he became one of my favorite guys in the game. Oh and Shin from Amnesia is one of my personal favorites. He kind of reminds me of my current boyfriend. He has a blunt way of speaking sometimes, but he's honest when he communicates with me and does this for me to show that he cares.

I prefer kuudere characters but I can enjoy tsundere charas sometimes (I don't like them when they're too rude to the MC). For example recently I was pleasantly surprised by Hideo Ozaki in Chou no Doku. I thought I would dislike him because of the way he acted in the prologue, but his route was really good and it ended up being one of my fav for this game. Also I really enjoyed Kyousuke Mikoshiba from Storm Lover (this game is such a guilty pleasure for me looool).
Ooooh I really enjoyed Hideo too!!! His bad endings were insanely bittersweet 😭💞 I remember playing Storm Lover when it first came out and being totally addicted to it, so you're not alone lol

I love tsunderes. They are probably one of my favorite types of characters. I do enjoy Male tsunderes more than female tsunderes. I like Mikoto and Hibari since they are an exception. With anime female tsunderes the way they write them tends to be more aggressive to the point that it us more annoying than endearing and I hate when some female tsunderes physically abuse guys as a gag especially when the guy didn't do anything that bad. So if it' a female tsundere who is rude but not yelling and beating up the guy then I don't hate them. Other examples {Natsuki from DDLC and Hiyoko from DR2}. I pretty much love all te tsundere boys you mentioned. But I haven't finished Yusuke route but he is so cute and still working on Harumi's route and I haven't gotten Winter's wish there so many otome games coming out. Maybe one day since I love guys with bird companions. I love Rob Lucci from One Piece and one of the reasons is that he has this bird on his shoulder that he dresses up in matching outfits. Which is just precious. Michael from the voltage title A date with yesterday with him having a cute bird on his shoulder too. Definitely, recommend buying his MS on the Love 365 app. He is hilarious. Also, I love Kyosuke from Storm Lover Kai since he was so cute. I love how adorable he is when he blushes and how you discover the other parts of him. Like him being good at studying and cooking. Also, his relationship with his sisters. Along with the Tokimeki memorial girl's side tsundere boys. Seiji was cute, he kind of gave me more of a Shin vibe but he was cute when he blushed and softened up. Kazuma was cute too, he's the only guy I got the ending for I was going for a different guy but he was so precious I switched to him. I haven't played much of 2nd kiss but I think there is probably a tsundere boy there too. I haven't gotten to Ragi's route {wand of fortune } but he seems so cute and Zephel {from Angelique retour. I only did Luva's ending. I am tempted to do Zephel next. I hope I get all the cgs though it's so hard to get all the cgs since they are randomized and if your affection is too high the guy will only want to confess making it impossible to get missing cgs in certain areas.}
It seems you're not the only one that feels that way regarding female MCs! The aggression seems to be the main factor that makes people favour them less, which is understandable. I really enjoyed Mikoto's routes because it was interesting seeing why she behaves the way she does - I want more MCs like this that have great character development 😁 Thank you for the suggestions! I bought game for Rikki, dark hair looker guy, but Takuto Hirukawa, blond tsundere haker, oh IRONY, stolen whole my attention. If You love guys, that make You giggle, or squeel, especially taking, that mobile version of main route is about 3$ for 16 chapters, aka whole route... His development of bond with MC is one of best, I saw in otome... Plus when he become boyfriend in side stories, guy become SUPER HILARIOUS. Like, who sane will say to his girlfriend, that 'if she talk to other guys, they are not FRIENDS anymore'. 😂 Also he looks SUPER CUTE. And he is genius, which makes him treat You like dummy sometimes. If I could get him with JP va in mobile version, but well. Even voiceless, I REALLY REALLY recommend that game. Love Letter from Thief X is about girl, who work in museum, while news about Black Fox, nobel thives group spread. And then she get note, they will come visit her... I really REALLY don't know, if I platonically LOVE him more... Or want to ADOPT him. One small spoiler. Him and MC got same food taste. Question of the Day Answer: LOVE MALE TSUNS! One of my fav archetypes! For some reason, it's a complete 180 for their female counterparts. I think the biggest reason- guys tend to have a better reason for acting that way and the females tend to have very poor reasons, at least in my opinion since I am a female myself. Plus I am more judgmental of female chars. But yeah the boys, love them. Even though I never played this game, I did see confession scenes from Fire Emblem: 3 Houses and Blue Lion's Felix had be bawling in laughter because he was portraying the typical tsundere tropes, including the 'back turn' approach hahaha. Oh yeah Tsundere and Kuudere's are very different. Tsunderes tend to have short tempers while it takes something EXTREME to get a reaction out of them. *points to Dante in the 1st Piofiore game when the MC tries getting out of her room*. I think that was the only time I saw Dante lose his cool. Another great example is looking at Riku and Akaza from Olympia Soiree, Riku is the Tsundere and Akaza is the Kuundere. . . . . you know I just noticed something . . . normally the Tsundere wears warmer colors (or red) while the Kuudere is in cooler colors (or blue). I bet the creators of the Game swapped their color palettes between these 2 chars on purpose to not follow that particular trope. *Sees Peachy start off with Riku* HAHAHAHA, what are the odds. Yeah I love Riku. I watched an LP of this and his route is one of my favs, but poster boy Azaka's route is my fav overall. I even enjoyed Riku in other's routes, especially in Kuroba's route at the end, funniest moment in the game for me personally lol. Norn9- Yeah I will get this game eventually but money . . . . but when I did watch the first few episodes of the anime, Akito was one of the standouts and yeah I definitely would be looking forward to his route. I hope you enjoy his route when you get to him Peachy! Cupid Parasite- I actually want to play this game too. Gees too many games on my growing list but I have priorities! I only watched a bit of the Common route before stopping. I always do this with Otome games I have a genuine interest in playing to see if I like the premise. Yeah I did like our Tsun though lol. Lover Pretend- I am still on the fence of getting this game because of the premise of two people pretending to be lovers, I just never liked that kind of setup because it be waiting for the 'shoe to drop'. I this might be one of those times I'll just watch an LP of it because I'd rather be 100% certain of a game. But yeah, Harumi does look like a lot of fun. Not a huge fan of his design though. I LOVE Takeru's 'dominant' attitude because THAT'S the type of man I need myself because I am an Alpha female type and need someone who can stand up to me (I am not a tsun myself, I am too complex to fall into any kind of label). I still may get this game because I love a good mystery, but if I get it, I'll be playing it with a guide hahaha. Winter's Wish- is this game out in the West yet? This is a game on my radar, but I don't know if it's here yet because I do love the concept. I need to look it up . . . . lol. Yoichi sounds great too. Yeah it can happen that Tsuns are good with animals and it's always sweet when it does happen. Amnesia- I ended up watching the anime, so I don't know if I'll ever play the game. And I think Shin is the tsun because Kent gives off more kuudere vibes. Taisho X Alice- Another game I will get eventually oi. I am sucker for fairy tales so OF COURSE this has my interest. I do see it's on the Nintendo Switch (that console seems to be the go-to for Otomes now lol), so yeah, got too many games on my list, but when it comes to Otomes, this one will probably high up there. I just love other genres. Just hope the full game is worth the $54.99 gees. Brothers Conflict- No plans of getting this game because romancing your brother (even if they're not related by blood) just disturbs me. My dad's parents divorced and remarried so he has step-siblings (step is just a word for me), so I couldn't even handle dating my step-cousins, like ewww. So yeah this game is not for me, but I won't judge others for playing and enjoying it. Female Tsuns MCs- Yeah if and when I ever get Norn 9, I definitely will play this MC first because I remember not liking her that much in the few episodes I saw of the anime. Hopefully my opinion of her will change, because while it's rare, there have been Female Tsuns I did like at some point *looks at Rei from the original 90s Sailor Moon* And with VB, don't like the set up at all, especially with the MC being a Tsun, I just didn't want to bother honestly. Although I won't be able to reply to every point, I've gotta say we are on the same wavelength with needing to play all these games XD My backlog is evergrowing and I don't have the time to keep up! Kind of glad that you agree with my categorisation of tsunboys. I feel like some may disagree with me and it's always a concern. I think out of all of them Riku's blushy face was my favourite, so that's why I started with him hahahaha As for Tsun MCs, I felt like Mikoto in Norn9 was nice to play as because you could see her conflict more so than with Hibari (for example) and there were moments where she could kind of get over that part of herself and the character development was nice to see. Ofc it depends on how much you struggle with Tsungirl's 😂 - I'm aware some really REALLY can't stand them! On a positive note, since norn9 has 3 MCs you can always take a break between routes with the other MCs which is nice 🥰 I'm considering doing one on Yanderes, but I feel like that may branch into spoiler territory T_T Maybe kuuderes next? I have a really short attention span so typically 2-3 games, but not at once perse, more I will finish one route from game A and then finish one route from game B, and so on. I used to just play one game at a time but then I got otome burn out! 😂😱

I do see it's on the Nintendo Switch (that console seems to be the go-to for Otomes now lol), so yeah, got too many games on my list, but when it comes to Otomes, this one will probably high up there. I just love other genres. Just hope the full game is worth the $54.99 gees.
Brothers Conflict- No plans of getting this game because romancing your brother (even if they're not related by blood) just disturbs me. My dad's parents divorced and remarried so he has step-siblings (step is just a word for me), so I couldn't even handle dating my step-cousins, like ewww. So yeah this game is not for me, but I won't judge others for playing and enjoying it.
Female Tsuns MCs- Yeah if and when I ever get Norn 9, I definitely will play this MC first because I remember not liking her that much in the few episodes I saw of the anime. Hopefully my opinion of her will change, because while it's rare, there have been Female Tsuns I did like at some point *looks at Rei from the original 90s Sailor Moon* And with VB, don't like the set up at all, especially with the MC being a Tsun, I just didn't want to bother honestly.

Kind of glad that you agree with my categorisation of tsunboys. I feel like some may disagree with me and it's always a concern. I think out of all of them Riku's blushy face was my favourite, so that's why I started with him hahahaha
As for Tsun MCs, I felt like Mikoto in Norn9 was nice to play as because you could see her conflict more so than with Hibari (for example) and there were moments where she could kind of get over that part of herself and the character development was nice to see. Ofc it depends on how much you struggle with Tsungirl's 😂 - I'm aware some really REALLY can't stand them!
On a positive note, since norn9 has 3 MCs you can always take a break between routes with the other MCs which is nice 🥰
I'm considering doing one on Yanderes, but I feel like that may branch into spoiler territory T_T

How many otome games do you usually play at once? Or do you play just one until it’s finished and then move on to the next game?
I have a really short attention span so typically 2-3 games, but not at once perse, more I will finish one route from game A and then finish one route from game B, and so on. I used to just play one game at a time but then I got otome burn out! 😂😱
@@RestingPeachFace I find switching between games so refreshing too, I find myself enjoying the stories better this way avoiding burnout. But it does get confusing at times especially when I can’t decide which vibe I’m going for now 😂😭 and I see most people finish the full game before moving on and I wish I could do that too but it doesn’t seem to be working for me 😂😭
