Bull elephant stirs up an elephant herd at a waterhole, Nxai Pan, Botswana

A large bull elephant struts through the female herd of elephants at a waterhole in Nxai Pan National Park, Botswana, causing much agitation. The bull elephant may be looking to mate.
The herd drank quickly and tried to separate themselves from the bull.
We spent about a week camping at Nxai Pan during the Summer, driving its wonderful tracks and watching for wildlife in the waterholes.
