Itto's Ushi is considered as a geo construct, so you can use him with Chiori for geo resonance. He will be better than many other geo characters.
So, you can build decent team even with Itto, Chiori, xiangling and bennett.
I think making silly builds is more interesting than playing the same characters over and over for 36 star abyss

Dawg just release her as a 4 star. Her entire kit is below mediocre even for 4 star standards. Besides hydro NEEDS more 4 stars since we only have three 4 stars till now.
If they make her cons weaker she would be a really good 4* C6 character.

@@B1izs well, IF rumors are true, yes. but again rumors are just rumors until we get to natlan and see some releases.
It is unlikely to be the case. The only times I see those things being mentioned is in Arl and Clor related videos by regular people speculating with no basis, nothing ot back it. I highly doubt there is any basis to it, because they wouldn't put BoL on several characters and an artifact set in Fontaine if they intended to make it a thing in Natlan. Natlan will do its own thing, to generate its own sales, and whatever the gimmick is, it'll be used in the 5.0 artifact domain, not the 4.6 one.
This "Natlan BoL" silliness is the equivalent of when people speculated about the 3.6 hydro set as well, that it was meant for things like the hydro archon. No basis for it, just pure copium.

EDIT: 36 starred the Abyss with her at level 80 tag teaming with Furina, Nahida, and Clorinde and it was actually really nice how comfy she was as the group healer. Like I didn’t have to fear for Nahida’s safety of being one-shotted or Clorinde accidentally dying due to her BoL bc they were constantly getting healed by the bubble. I’m a happy camper at least 😂

She just has so much competition in both element and role.
But also her gameplay just does not synergize with itself.
A bunch of different little things that don't provide enough benefit (outside of the healing).
Weak cc, weak skill buff, weak burst, weak normal/charge, weak hydro app...
@@Kmn483 Same can be said about Baizhu and people argue he's good. Her E healing is far superior to his and she has a decent dmg buff not restricted by reactions or elements.
@@Kruukk The damage buff is really small and gets used up quickly. Baizhu is the only real healer that provides interruption resistance and at least he has a useful ult and can viably be played on or off field. He's also clearly the best dendro healer, while Sigewinne is a sidegrade or downgrade in most teams compared to kokomi.

@@djailsonfelipe84 You don't really need that in the over world, really. Heck, my overworld exploration typically just means Yae or Ning solos the camp. So if I need healing, it is usually for one character, and, well, that's easily dealt with by the likes of Kuki or Furina.
She's basically comfort for new players, ones whose account hasn't matured. And even there, I think people overlook one negative aspect to her. She's a shorty, and shorties are annoying for open world, because they move slower.

@@djailsonfelipe84 I don't think she's useless. I used Qiqi for a long time, and she got the job done, and, for the Eula team I ran, would say was a superior choice to Diona. And overall, I'd say Siggy's kit is better than Qiqi's. Plus it is Genshin. Heck, one of my two Abyss clearing staples uses Kuki without hyperbloom, Dehya on field without Benny, and Nahida as one of its main damage dealers. But it works for me, and makes a lot of things super easy (because I can do things like just face-tank a 12-3 dancing duo). There is a tendency among some of the Genshin players to be a bit toxic. To go with the idea that, if something is not the best, it is bad. This, though, is typically not the case.
I think newer players will quite like her. A single character that will heal the entire team with a single click of an E. It'll provide a lot of comfort to their open world life, though with the caveat that she's a shorty, which is annoying for exploration due to slower movement. And I think you can build plenty of teams where, she might not be the best choice, but she'll be good enough to let you get by.
That said, barring for a new player, I do think she has low pull value, much like Yoimiya or Venti. Doesn't mean those characters have no use, just that, for an account power perspective, there are better choices.
She's literally 4 star. I'd play and build her if she was 5 star.
She's like only here to fill the hydro slot in Theater Mechanicus
Her cons are crazy good, so she's whale bait.
People will pull her because she's cute and then be disappointed by her performance, so they buy cons to make her viable.
Like her C1 alone doubles her total skill boosted damage, increases her healing over time & bubble's damage by 60%, and traps 2.5x more small enemies.
Her c2 shreds 35% hydro resistance turning her into a VV on mono hydro teams and gives her basically a perm shield while using abilities
C1 is great buff for team
C2 more Utilities for whole team
C6 become Little Neuvillette
C0 she already a comfy pick if your team struggle in Fan Fare stack.
I'm praying they give her the Kokomi treatment where they starting "buffing" her by adding things into the game for her, like a new artifact set or more unique characters that can utilize her kit well.
Still pulling because she's aesthetically pleasing and I can't miss out on the pastel name card lol.

Her Skill buff only working 10 total times and the buffs counters being shared by the entire party is severely disappointing.
This character really just should have been a 4★. Especially when you consider the fact that we still only have three Hydro 4★ characters, two of which were released at launch...

Unfortunately for us, the devs are well aware that Hydro is the best element in the game and they are also aware of the presence of Xingqiu.
Something tells me that her full potential will be revealed with the release of Natlan. A similar situation to Kuki's release, I imagine.

I'm grateful we have character like Sigewinne, we dont always have to get better or powercreep characters each patch. Its good for side grade and balancing, I guess..., imo.
True! She’s a very good pick up for beginner players tbh (alongside Furina but HP drain could be scary w her at first). Kokomi was my first limited 5* and was a permanent part of my team for two years. I imagine Sigewinne could end up the same for others especially with the skill party heal
@@MugWitch The thing is I pulled Kokomi on her 2nd banner for Ayaka teams and for general comfort but to this day I still use her a lot in Bloom, Hyperbloom, Taser, Freeze, mono-Hydro, and now I have competing top meta Characters like Furina, Kazuha, Nahida, Neuvillette, most of the meta good 4 stars at high constellations, yet Kokomi still feels a very solid and comfy unit and good account value.
I don't think Sigewinne is remotely as good, especially because her slow and low Hydro application is a major issue, her skill has long CD, her burst at C0 lasts just 0.5 sec more than its own animation... she feels more a character you pick if you are a softy for chibi cuteness.
@@Exacerberus Low hydro app is definitely a fair critique. I feel like a better burst for her would have been something like Ayato’s where she had one big instance of hydro app and for a duration there would be bubbles falling in an AoE around her that deal damage. It could’ve been cute and at least help her out in non-Furina team comps.
I would argue for her about her CDs bc they are not /actually/ that egregious. It’s less than Kokomi, Qiqi, or Barbara’s skills. I’d also mention that while Kokomi had been a permanent part of my team, as a more casual player at the time, I personally hated bothering with her burst. It was not a part of my rotations bc I hated needing to time it JUST right to refresh the jelly the maximum amount of I hated that she needed to be on-field and deal damage to heal the whole party when she could not even crit. Even the passive about how you can walk on water with it was useless bc of how short the window is. Crossing any body of water like that was so stressful and unnecessary hahaha
So her and Sigewinne’s bursts feel on-par with one another for being a bit useless. Kokomi really only has the fact that she has more hydro app and can hold TTDS on her side.
@@MugWitch I agree on some parts, disagree on some others, Kokomi does pretty respectable DPS during her ulti and she can drive some teams competently or fit in the rotation of teams that have some downtime during the rotation.
But yeah Sigewinne's low application is her major downfall, not being a catalyst user can also be an issue with teams driven by a specific on-field DPS.
@@Exacerberus You know, I should probably revisit her and build her in a way that’s less of pure heal bot. Truly that was the only way I knew how to play her and she also permanently had TotM on her instead of the Clam set. She’d probably surprise me with her DPS capabilities!
However, I do think Sigewinne still has her place to shine in time. Especially with the BoL mechanic that is about to become more prevalent in the game, but only time will tell.
Same as Kokomi, she is not a must-pull. Just a nice to have considering the comfort both bring and their F2P weapon options.

So for the Sigewinne wanters: 1. Get her if you like her. 2. She's not bad just not the best. 3. She does have a little bit of future potential with healing, BoL, and double DPS. 4. Shes very comfy casual with lots of healing and her passive ability dmg buff.

@@yoiko89 I feel that. I got her myself. Throw her bubble and burst and you end every fight with full hp for everyone!
some quick corrections on some of her mechanics that may have just been missed, or misspoken accidentally:
-you can infact cancel her burst, dashing and jumping can cancel it same as neuvillette beam.
-it is not just her hold that makes the two source water droplets, the tap skill generates them also.
-her ascension passive that buffs elemental skills is only for off-field skills.

I think you've misunderstood one part of her buff. She only buffs elemental skills damage when the character goes off-field... not all of them. Still I love her considering C1 her on her rerun but for now I'd like a C1 Furina

i feel like a team i dont see talked about enough is mono hydro with ayato. i have a level 80 ayato, but never use him or even built him, but earlier today i pulled sigewine and decided that a mono hydro team with ayato could be fun, so i ran Ayato, Sigewinne, Furina, and Kazuha, and actually had a much better result than expected. i just slapped my lyneys marachusse hunter set on ayato and he was constsiantly hitting higher than ive ever seen.
I strongly suspect Siegewinne was built for a Natlan character we haven't met yet

If I'm not wrong, you can cancel her burst(which not wise or supposed to) by doing dodge/dash etc just like in Dehya's case by jumping.
The E buff is still buffing, increasing team dmg better than no increase at all.
She is the 2nd only character that can heal whole team with E, after Baizhu. Remember how Baizhu wasn't popular when he was first released but see how now he is on top 5 usage of every recent abyss runs of Fontaine, tells a lot.
Hmm... something is not right when you link dmg with sigewinne. As of the above sentence, Baizhu doesn't deal much dmg either or most healers but see how valuable he is now.
About the case of clorinde with furina, sigewinne heals whole team means can functioning make furina's dmg buff works better. Sigewinne's heal also increased clorinde's BoL which (if I remember correctly) still cap her E gunshot dmg at max but increased her E dashing attack dmg because of higher BoL scaling with her E dashing attack.
Overall, I felt in this video you are giving too much negative about sigewinne rather than looking for the positive of her for the teams.
When it comes to the E buff, you're not fully looking at opportunity cost. For example, my Kuki routinely triggers 20k Overloads in the team I have her in, and she could do a lot of damage with Supercharged as well. And that's ignoring hyperblooms, of course. Xianyun, who I think is a better overall generic healer to get for Furina, debuffs PECHs thanks to VV. This, again, provides a greater damage boost to the team. Benny's attack buff, well, is Benny's attack buff. Kokomi has value due to being both a healer and providing lots of hydro app. Basically, Siggy's poor hydro app means she needs something like this to not be a Qiqi, but it isn't strong enough to warrant using her.
Baizhu is only popular because Furina exists. And even then, part of why his usage rate is what it is is because even with that, he hasn't been generally picked up. He's still a character that you won't really miss if you don't have. That doesn't mean he isn't worth using if you do have him, just that you're unlikely to be there, sitting, thinking, "My team really is missing something."
Thank you for your insight! She looks so cool, but won't fit with any characters I'm running in my teams and as a F2P I have to make choices on who to wish for. This helps a lot, thanks for the time and effort!

There *S H O U L D* be something with *Sigewinne* and *Clorinde...*
...but she is already _quite_ comfy for doing all of her healing without needing _any_ energy and being hella easy to farm artifacts for! Also a 3-Star weapon as "BiS" consolidate her as a cheap, no-brainer unity! That full-auto hyperbloom team seems absurdly comfy, no normal attacks needed! All in all, I really like her.
They should have given her a shield like Baizhu. She could have been the hydro Baizhu.

Thank you for the detailed guide!! I got Baizhu despite everyone saying how bad he was, and he has made abyss a lot easier for me, maybe i appreciate comfort more than power (whats power when ur team is dead), so im very tempted to get her for the second side, but depends on my luck since im f2p
Baizhu might not be top tier but you can check that his Abyss usage rate is rather high, sometimes higher than Kokomi even before Furina is released. I can agree he is mediocre at C0 and even have same role as Yaoyao but from C1 above he got boosted so much and C2 I call him Dendro Xingqiu which you should know how busted Xingqiu is.

A support existed to boost other characters, even for Dehya... Keep your copium elsewhere, but we can agree Sigewinne just not get her potential yet.
Also you didn't read that Baizhu usage rate is still considered high before Furina and Neuvi released...
@@veeshadow baizhu is very replaceable by zhongli . Shenhe isn't . Baizhu is still trash. Neavullte is clearly functional and Meta , with just kazhuha and fishcel and just any hydro charector. He doesn't need baizhu he just doesn't . Furina needs baizhu . Nevellute doesn't. And neavullte doesn't need furina either . He is totally clearing abyss even without her .
@@user-og9nl5mt1b Lmao we are just talking with Baizhu. Doesn't have anything to do with Neuvi, you are the one that just bring Neuvi out of context then suddenly say Neuvi doesn't need Baizhu. Again keep your copium elsewhere, if you don't agree with that fine just enjoy your Genshin elsewhere. I have my own opinion to explain why Baizhu is at least not bad and his usage rate is kinda high for character who people call BAD.
Imagine if Sigewinne's burst lasted a few more seconds? She's no Neuvillette, but as a party healer no one expects her to be. She just needs more offense/buffing to justify her placement in the team. As she is, I would agree with the rumors that she was initially conceived as a 4-star and then promoted to 5-star status without a suitable upgrade to her kit.
Rumors are rumors though. I wouldn’t hold much stock in them when people are reacting to a kit. People had been wondering ever since her first appearance on whether she’d be a 5* and there were rumors then that she was a confirmed 5* and they turned out to be right.
I do agree though on wishing her burst was something more substantial. It would be awesome if it was at the very least a copy of Ayato’s, but like with raining bubbles and pills or something so that she’d have the opportunity for more hydro application. It could also give an extra little damage buff too to the on-fielders or maybe extend the duration of off-field skill summons.
Jello... No matter how negative your impression towards Yoimiya is, Sigewinne being better than her is a horrible take. I have been following your yoi contents for a while and perhaps the reason why you put her in that position is team choice. Half of your team suggestions on her are losing core buffer (Bennett) which is necessary on any ATK scaling unit. Give arle lyney and Xiangling the same treatment as yoi and they will cut their own damage as well. I am still using yoi c0 on another account until now and she is doing really fine. Remember that team choice is much more important than cons and sig weapons, because it determines an entire character's role and contribution in the team. If you're treating yoi as Yelan driver instead of main DPS, no wonder she is not doing any good

He can simply make any pyro DPS much worse by giving his yoimiya treatment towards them: refusing to invest more than artifacts (even sigewinne is getting sig weapon here and bruh his yoi is even naked here), giving teams where the MAIN DPS deals like 30% team damage, using wrong teams in wrong conditions, wrong setups (not being able to double swirl in vv vape while it's actually easy to execute unless you're against multiwaves). If there's a support alternative for her (Yunjin), he isnt even giving her max level to see her in her highest potential and bench her right away. Yoimiya's oldest team (yoi zl ben xq) is better than half of the teams he recommended.

She was underrated, but the general powercreep of the game made the underrating a reality. That being said, Sigewinne's kit is so mediocre that she's clearly worse than Yoimiya.

Baizhu Is 100 times better than Sigewinnie, he has: Front loaded healing with skill, better dendro application with burst that is enough for Aggravate and Quickblook(compared to Sigewinnie ofc), a nice buff, resistance interruption, he can be even a driver considering that he's a catalyst while Sigewinnie is worse than Kokomi and more niche
Good luck trying to do Sigewinne/Furina hyperbloom on this abyss. The heals may be comfier than Kokomi's but you're going to be struggling really hard with the hydro application checks.
Neuvillette having a dedicated 5 star support (Furina), who in turn now has a dedicated 5 star elemental skill support/healer (Sigewinne) is a world we live in right now

I think that her passive is ment to work like this: when you use your hold skill you obtain 2 sourcewater droplets giving Sigewinnie a bond of life, while the bubble is on the field it dosent heal Sigewinnie increasing the healing for the whole team then when the skill duration ends Sigewinnie heals herself and the bonus based on her own bond of life vanishes and Sigewinnie obtains energy
I suspect miHoYo is turning 4*'s into 5*'s to bolster sales and avoid dead patches with no new limited characters. Sigewinne seems designed to be a substitute for Kokomi, with her numbers and cons only buffed to hide that. And even as a character, making her a 5* exceeds her relevance in the story by a great margin. The same can be said about Chiori.
I can see that and agree even though I adore Chiori. She wasn’t even in the main story, but she at least was in a Fontaine-centric event and has a place in the social dynamic. However, she is very random to have in the lineup.
I’m very surprised they didn’t try to do some event that would preemptively reveal Emilie to help people get to know her before she debuts. That one feels extra crazy to me.
She's no no way substitute to Koko. Koko is relevant due to her hydro app, Sige is for aoe healing and buffing. Sige is na upgrade to Furina, Neuvi, Kazuha team.

@@Kruukkis she really an upgrade to that team? 3 hydros means Neuv gets less stacks for his passive, so it's better to run a cryo/electro/pyro/dendro healer, or just a shielder if Neuv has prototype Amber. Honestly a teamwide electro (or maybe even geo) healer would be the real upgrade to that team.

But if you don't have Neuvi C1 then you lose 1 stack anyway pairing him with Furina but it doesn't matter because Furina's buff and hydro res more than make up for that. and 2nd stack only gives 15% DMG increase. IG it's not as much of an upgrade as I thought but with what Sige provides(skill buff and droplets) I'd say it evens out.

I think saying that Sigewinne is better than Venti is a really hot take! I mean, Venti's inconsistent, and Kazuha's almost always better, but Venti can easily be better than Sucrose depending on the enemies in the Abyss. And the reason why I think Venti is at least as good as Sigewinne is the "necessity" of an Anemo character on many teams: you almost always wanna use an Anemo unit on Freeze, Vape, Melt, monohydro, Electro-charged, and other teams. For example, you'd rather use Charlotte, Venti, Ayaka/Wriothesley, Furina than Sigewinne, Furina, Ayaka/Wriothesley, Rosaria/Shenhe because VV res shed adds so much damage to the team! And of course Venti's grouping is phenomenal when it works! My favorite Venti team is Charlotte, Furina, Venti, Ganyu because (when Venti works) it is pretty comfy despite lacking a shield for Ganyu, very nice in terms of ER and has good hydro and Cryo application for consistent Freeze.
her passive is good if you use team with fontaine craftable weapons that gives bond of life like 'finale of the deep'
Her passive caps at 10k of BoL. Picking up one of her bubbles, which spawns right next to her as well as her burst picking them up automatically, gives her a 10% of her hp BoL. So if you have her at 50k+ hp, those 2 bubbles mean you cap the buff...

Bond of Life can also be applied via some of the Fontaine Craftable Weapon, namely the Catalyst and Sword, so you don’t NEED Arle or Chlorinde to make use of that bonus, just a sword or catalyst unit (thinking Qiqi, Charlotte or Jean)
Or, you know, you just hit Q and she absorbs the orbs and gets the bonus. Done. It's capped low anyway. There's no reason to run her with BoL. It's just a pointless thing pushed into her kit for no good reason.
I'm curious how your Kokomi was built for your tests?
I feel like onfield Kokomi built for actual DPS would contribute more team DPS than Sigewinne(for mono hydro for example). And Kokomi having interruption resist during burst is under appreciated, especially when paired with Xingqiu.
Her skill dmg buff only applies to off field iirc. Because it is flat dmg, you want to pass that into amplifying reactions. Since it’s strictly off field, you can control _who_ gets the buff very easily.
Considering amplifying reactions, only Furina and Dehya can make use of this. Forward vape Furina is already a thing and quite good.
She is going to be a game changer on my bows only account. That account has been unable to get a Diona... I finally don't have to worry about perfect dodging and unavoidable damage to be able to survive on that account. And my best built character is Fischl, so the added buff to Fischl is great. And to top it off, I haven't been able to get Childe or Yelan on that account yet either, so this will be my first hydro on it (I'll still have enough wishes for Yelan's next rerun though even after Sigewinne, so I'll be getting her the next time she runs). So yeah, this is probably the only instance where she actually is an account changing impact character.

It would have to be a team that doesn't benefit from furina, because furina will drain all the elemental skill buff stacks
Baizhu is already good even since 3.6 release, people back then just misunderstand his kits for just being a Healer and often still using other utility healers like Bennett and Kuki.
I replaced Raiden national with Baizhu, Yelan, and Kazuha (the main point is replacing Bennett so XQ and XL are also out) then they perform better as a team and solve the problem or disadvantage national team had.
Didn't hear you talking about OFF FIELD ONLY factor. Her passive states: "Elemental Skills of your nearby off-field party members...". I am reading this as if the on-field character not getting any buff.
In the test run, if you just use Sigewine skill, then Fischl skill and stay with Fischl on-field her dmg doesn't increase. But if you swap off to anyone else the buff activates and Fischl hits much harder. Tested Freminet - no buff at all for on field character.
After thinking some more, I think she is supposed to be a hybrid healer with some burst dps...Like she might work well with Emilie since her hydro application is so low, it wouldn't disturb burning enough to cause issues.
That’s what I was thinking too! I do think Sigewinne is built more for hydro characters’ damage especially considering her C2’s direction. However, her low hydro app and off-field elemental skill damage buff seems like it could synergize with Emilie who is looking to be a weirdly strong character.
There's no way she wasn't meant to be 4-star and got promoted to Limited for $$$. Hydro is flooded with 5-star competition -the most top-heavy element by far even before Sigewinne. Fewer Hydro 4-stars than Dendro or Geo. Heal, BoL, Sourcewater - clearly a miscellaneous Fontaine support, not dedicated supersupport to any of those niches. It even adds up with usual 4-star patterns that her C6 makes her a compromised, burst-reliant version of a 5-star DPS (Neuvilette). IMHO something went wrong in the design phase and plans for Sige had to take a left turn. Maybe Nuevilette turned out to be way overtuned and they were expecting him to need a support to go supersaiyan. Maybe they originally had Navia as the first Hydro Claymore, generating/using sourcewater drops instead of Crystalize. Maybe they had Sige slated for BoL support but couldn't make the numbers work and turned her into a generic healer. There's just some jank in Sige's kit and roster placement that feels like she was supposed to be something else, maybe a Standard banner unit.

You know what, I think I just found a perfect teammate for my DPS Faruzan. Her vortex damage is considered skill damage, which prevents it from being buffed by any method you use for your charged-shot DPS character. And Sige here looks like partial solution for that.
If she gets put on standard I’d be very happy with that

Hi Jello, i have a question, in you use Siegewinne with sac bow, and she makes 4 droplets, would she then kinda work with Neuvilette?
For me, the main point of Sige is her cheap team-wide E-heal, which does not require you to switch characters or stay in a circle. Which is a huge thing for any team, except Noelle carry, dealing with the consequences of Furina's E.
The only way I ever see her passive being useful is if they add a support character that provides BOL to the whole party and that BOL needs to be healed for some sort of buff
She'd be less than ideal for that, due to her healing herself differently than the rest of the team.
As someone who doesn't yet have Furina... no, I will not be pulling for Sigewinne.
You could run Furina, Nahida, Sigewinne, On-field Nilou (preferably C2)

I would risk getting an early Sigewinne to get more constellations for Rosaria (Eula support) and Gaming, but I do have Navia and Nilou in my sights, and it's getting around time that they may rerun soon. I will hold off here until seeing the 4.8 first phase banners.
Keep in mind sigewine at c2 has massive hydro res shred when you hit any enemy with her E or Q. This actually makes her very good with neuv
I will say she needs a real HP scaling on field dps, we only have one (and a half) and its neuv who doesn't need her, kokomi already heals, and as jello noticed, Yelan can roleplay as one and it feels good, so there, that's a future potential that's easily missed
I think my favorite team for sigewinne is sigewinne,furina,Kazuha,xiangling. It’s very fun just watching the child murder things while still healing enough for furina burst (obviously almost any other hydro dps would be better but it’s still fun to 36 star with)

I think the idea of a Siggy+Furina core suffers from the existence of anemo healers. Xianyun is, for VV reasons, the better choice than Siggy in most cases.
I love that u don’t pull for cons or weapon refinements but u went full c6r5 w her. Who needs neuvilette when u can inject cuteness to ur enemies till they die

after playing with Sigewinnie in her trial ive concluded. She really lived up to the rumors.
Just a couple minor corrections.
4:31 - Pretty sure her burst juts has standard ICD so it would apply hydro once, I'm not sure I would call that good since it costs 70 energy and just walking into someone with XQ would give you just as much hydro
11:50 - her passive would not buff Yelan's skill it only effects off field characters.
Her burst applies hydro 2x, I believe, if I recall another guide video properly. Remember, standard ICD is 2.5s or 3 hits, whichever comes first.

@Solomocraft For meta reasons maybeeee save for another character if you're F2P. You don't really need Furina's C1 and C2 to clear anything. She's already great at C0 and your teams will clear if all your characters used are invested in properly.
If you like Sigewinne then get her. Try her out and see how comfy her playstyle is for you. Not really a good option for meta reasons. She's cute for overworld.
Otherwise, just save for 4.8 patch and Natlan characters.
Whilst I can't say that the release & backlash surrounding Sigewinne's kit wasn't disappointing since I have been saving since April for her, I fell in love with her design & weapon so I decided then to dedicate all my primos for the precious future babby. I was waiting so eagerly for her banner and when it released she came home on 6 pity, and her weapon too at 60 pity with no fate points 🎉 I've really appreciated everyone taking the time to build her and recommend teams. I hope any other Sigewinne fans out there don't have their spirits dampened for having pulled for her, it is sad seeing so many vids and comments talking about how she's the worst, 3* character, pointless etc. I don't think any character is crap when you invest in them and learn how to play them, so always pull who you like!

First, this comment section is wild. Sigewinne is a legitimate 5* and she’s awesome! She’s great at C0 without her signature, having her bow and C1 however, is where the show begins.
Some things Jello got wrong;
Her buff affects off-field damage dealers.
Her SW-droplets always spawn using her skill
And he forget to mention her amazing skill CC, which at C1 is beserk!
Her buff is good, not the best, however she makes weaker characters a lot better. For example Dehya, Layla and Qiqi. So many new viable teams!!
I started playing Genshin with Furina’s release banner and she’s obviously my main. I have Baizhu, Charlotte and Aunti Adeptus, they’re all great, though I never felt a synergy with Furina as Sigewinne has. She buffs her, keeps her HP consumption perfectly in check and is her battery.
I still have to lvl Sigewinne and Clorinde and their signatures, but I can allready tell that my Femme Fontaines; Furina, Sigewinne, Navia and Clorinde are gonna slap as hard as my currently strongest team;
Arlecchino, Kuki, Chevreuse and Thoma.
Btw Clorinde and Sigewinne have amazing synergy as well, since Clorinde benefits from the heals on her life bond and her life bond buffs Sigewinne’s healing! And having Navia as sub dps saved my ass in Abyss floor 12, when my underleveled Clorinde died lol!

I know Jello is trying to maintain a balance on his take on Sigewinne, but it does skew more negative and the comment section is full of a lot of negativity towards her. I’m just glad to see you’re enjoying her and that you’re seeing the difference she brings to your Furina teams!! She’s the cutest new addition and I feel like she will get her flowers more in the future as people have more time to sit with her. Much like Baizhu and Kuki needed time to find their place. 😊
I would call her mid for sure. Chiori's damage is absolutely insane for the teams shes good in, but Sigewinne is barely better in just a few teams than other characters.
Her E has good buff.
Made Fischl go from 8k to 15k and also don't get it twisted it only works for off field characters. So navia doesn't get it at all. Also it's a 20% furina E buff btw. Of cours ehaving other E off field will mess with that but yeah.
The problem is the limited number of charges. It isn't a roughly 100% buff to Fischl's damage, but, at most, for you, 70k damage per rotation. Sure, that's some damage, but it is also less than 4 overload hits from my Kuki. And keep in mind, Overload is an AoE, so my Kuki could out-damage that in a single proc... Supercharged deals the same damage per reaction. Of course, Kuki doesn't heal the entire team, so there are other considerations, but just highlighting how lackluster the buff is. And similar comparisons exist for other healers as well: VV from an anemo healer, extra reactions from superior Kokomi hydro application, Benny buff, etc.
Finally, Hydro Healer with burst animation (3rd)
She feels like a must-C1 the same way some four stars are must-C6 to make them plausible. Going from 28000 base damage added to 63000 base damage is a huge increase, as well as filling in that healing downtime.
I got her mostly because I like memeing with Shenhe Layla comps, but I think she's valid enough in some Furina comps not to feel too bad about it. And IT is gonna ask us to have a trillion characters built anyway so whynotiguess

there are two chances to get it again through NPC's. Read below
1: Inazuma
- Teleport to Ritou, (far east waypoint, on the docks)
- Speak to male Kanjou Commission Officer NPC named "Nakano" (should be directly in front of the waypoint, on the docks)
- Follow dialogue options and he should give you a recurve bow. (if not, you may have already spoken to him and lost it)
2: Sumeru
- Teleport to the Statue of the Seven at Gandharva Ville
- Drop down and continue east along the river
- Follow the river until you see a female Forest Ranger NPC named "Shirin" on the left of the river bank
- Follow dialogue options and she should give you a recurve bow. (if not, you may have already spoken to her and lost it)

While I do agree with almost everything you said, rating her higher than venti or yoimiya is ridiculous. These three characters specialize in extremely different roles. Sure yoimiya and venti aren’t in the meta and have high competition against arlecchino and kazuha. But yoimiya can still be a solid dps with the right team and venti is still extremely good at cc even if not the most viable. Sigewinne at this point, with a furina based team can work very well and her healing is amazing but It doesn’t make sense to compare a healer to a main dps or a crowd control. They’re all just too different.
