Thanks for the info man I dropped mine yesterday exact model comically enough and the blade wouldnt glide anymore because it was knicked at the end. Have to get another blade soon just happy I dont have to deal with that spring 🙄.
i got a new gold fx trimmer with the stock gold fx707z blade, it looked to already be zerogapped from factory, i noticed when i use it on really small neck hairs, it seeems to kinda grab/pull, but only when the hair is super tiny, kinda like when its trimmed the day before and just grows a tiny bit. it seems to cut other hairs fine. is this normal? i assume when the hair is super small its kinda coarse, which is why this blade cant cut it properly hence the grabbing/pulling? unless im mistaken. thx
There is one thing you can try. You will need an Allen wrench for this - take the blade assembly off the trimmer and turn it over. You will see 2 tiny hex screws. Use an Allen wrench and very slightly tighten these. Then re-assemble everything and re-oil your blade.
I've heard people comment about the heat. I think thats just the way they are...but its curious that only now yours is getting hot and it didnt before. Makes me think that something is wrong with the blade. Usually those blades come pre-oiled but they do recommend you clean and oil daily.

Hey when u oil it u should oil both ends of the blade to that's what really keeps them quiet u know the blade cushion
Do the fx3 blades fit on other babyliss trimmers if you change the bracket

I changed my blade and now the clipper blade gets hot in 5 mins of usage smh. Any idea why?

Hello Karzan. I think your running a FX787 series trimmer? If so, you can use any FX707 blades. Fine tooth, deep tooth, any will work.
