I did everything accordingly, but sometimes, when I cut upright, the blade kinda pulls or snags on the hairs. I've already oiled them and tightened the tension screw what could it be?
the greem cap is aold sep. the blade comew with them and the mod in ordee to get the blade attatched. to save you money.. once you get the small black bracket qnd its time to screw them from the inside part of the blade. domt overtighten them.omce they are tight and anug thats all you need. if you overdo iy. the bracket well bend. and omce you get them how you want the plastic well no lamger be good. to check they are good and now loose. is the black bracklet. omce you see a small peak of wanting to bend unscrew it a bit. and thats your limit on getting them tight. so when its time to place the new blade on and tighten them. your bracket wont be bent. and womt have any proboems. trust me i learned the hard way. allways seen the babyliss cut threw the bulk of hair like nothing. and from a curky head that has thicker hair then most. it cuts thriugh it like butter. and helps with never getting the blades hot. only thing i need is the grippers to notbfeel the trimmer themselves being hot. went from a 3/10 to a 10/10.
With all of the cordless trimmers that are out these days. Especially when you want to add in all of the Chinese ones, why even attempt to modify the corded T outliner’s?
That is a very valid question. For the last three years I’ve been heavy on cordless trimmers even without the different mods that I offer. But that motor in the t-outliners with the fx blade made me realize how important corded trimmers still are
