    ingredients:
    2 1/2 lbs ground pork
    1 cup shrimp, minced
    2 (44g) sachet Knorr SavorRich Pork Seasoning
    1 cup water chestnuts minced
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 cup onion minced
    1 cup carrots minced
    1 piece raw egg
    1/2 cup scallions minced
    30 pieces wonton wrapper
    Water for steaming

    Napa kagaling mo tlga chef. Lahat nang vdeos mo nang pag kain nagawa ko na rin. Family ko sarap na sarap. Ksi ako mas gusto ko mag stay at home pag day off ko and planning to cook foods. Taong bahay ako eh. Trip ko ang magluto at mga vdeoes mo ang pinapanuod ko at ginagaya gawa mo. Swak na swak. Ur the best chef. Lab yahhh.

    A very easy and understandable way of making pork siomai. I will try making my own. The ready made siu mai here are expensive. Thank you for sharing the recipe.

    Me po nag uulam ng siomai.. heheh masarap kasi nakakagana with chili garlic paste and soy sauce.. hmmm yummy..😊😊😊

    Ilang oras or minuto po ba dapat para hindi tumigas yung wrapper niya if iseserve na?? I make one before and hindi ganun ka soft yung wrapper niya so I’m guessing siguro kase malamig na siya pero others said kahit lumamig soft pa din ang wrapper

      Try knorr cubes lagyan mo ng water, tas ibuhos molang aa siomai, okay din naman ito alternative namin.

    I did a kilo and none of it was whole? Lahat dumikit sa steamer ang humiwalay sa wrapper. I’ve read na sabi mo it could be with the wrapper. Ano po brand ang marerecommend nyo?

      Mag pahid ho kayo ng oil sa steamer bago ilagay ang siomai.. Sa ganitong paraan din ginagawa ang mga nag luluto ng siomai..

    Bakit po dun sa binanggit wala naman yung 1 cup water chestnut minced then sa list nandun sya? Typographical erros po ba yun?

      Rassil Goboleo since some people cant find singkamas abroad we use water chestnut, but in Chinese they really use water chestnut for wanton or soimai

    bakit may knorr Savor rich? , MSG o Vitsin din iyan kaya nagpapasarap sa pagkain,
    i love siomai, at ibang chinese dumplings , iyan ang kinakain namin sa Yam Tsaa or breakfast namin sa Hongkong Noon.

    Chef, di ko alam kung dahil ba sa mura yung wrapper na ginagamit ko kaya sya dumidikit sa steamer or what. Tips naman po jan para po hindi dumikit yung wrapper sa steamer 🥺

    Pro Tip: You can use this same recipe for Lumpia Shanghai. Just change from wonton wrapper to lumpia wrapper and deep fry instead :)

    I tried cooking pork siomai but after i steam it for about 20mins the wrapper separated from the meat. What should i do?

    For steaming on a stove it has to be medium heat right? For 20 mins
