I looked up bourbon and i have one indian friend, and it is very different to Tim Tam. The tim tam cream is not heavy and sickening, and the biscuit is crumbly and beautiful and the chocolate adds the finishing touch. Bourbon has sugar crystals and i find it too sweet

There are also alot of British influences in Australian cuisine. "apart from the breakfast", well there are literally thousands of traditional indian breakfast, which u didn't try poha, samosa, paratha, upma, vada pav, the list goes on and they are traditional as in stable indian diet breakfast
