None of your dietary habits resemble traditional Indian meal plans... be it the healthy avocado-chicken-lettuce salads or Mc meals...they were mostly "instagrammable" imports from the West...try slow cooked meals or tranditional thalis once in a while! A thali might not apperantly be as low in calories as a salad diet...but in the long run an assortment of 'saags', dals, local greens, bajra/jowar/etc. cereals, or even simple local rice with slow cooked chicken curry/ seafood curry will prove to be a better sustainable partner! P.S.: The array of spices nd herbs that are used in traditional slow cooked indian curries are real superfoods!❤🇮🇳
Why are your pseudo Indian pride habits always shoved down other's throats ? As long as it is healthy, you should eat it. Obviously all that junk is terrible for your body but the avocado chicken lettuce thing is probably healthier than most of Indian foods which is probably a reason why all nutritionists recommend that since it has god carbs healthy fat and protein all with vegetable to go with that gives the fibers. Borrowing unhealthy stuff from the west is the issue not deriving the good parts of it.
@@afrin5973 I don't know abt "pseudo indian pride" watever... But the spices we use & local varieties of available food sources definitely works for ppl of a nation ... Foodie has to be referred to someone who loves enjoying all food, junks or healthy and I'm one of them lol 🤣
9:36 been through it. felt this. Did what she did....
10:36 hit me hard. that's my actualll story.
LOL - Shreya’s “no, you KANNOT” when Aishwarya wants to skip the Chai. Shreya is an icon 🙌🏽
It's all about genetics. People can eat like crap and still outwardly look the same as people who are eating very healthily. Inherently though, your food does make what you are so eat well. Moderation is key.
Foodie (definition) : A person who loves food and is eating constantly and never wants to give it up
Wasn't the Poop schedule of Shreya a bit too much info?😂😂
I'm like in between both of them, leaning more towards Shreya 😂
Kudos to Aish for following the diet through and through. For a health nut, sugar on top honey cornflakes is crazy.
Aishwarya, it was so brave of you to share your struggles on camera and speaking the truth about the diet culture and mentality that society imposed on us. I hope you know that you're not in this alone. You're an absolutely stunning woman who should be allowed to eat as much as she wants to keep her body healthy and satisfied! Please don't hesitate to reach out for help and support if that's what you need to restore your natural eating habits or increase your portion sizes.
Me being a northeast indian
Breakfast: rice sabji
Lunch: anything
Dinner: rice sabji
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is great that you keep your body hydrated with warm water+lemon and you drink black coffee also protein shake but you’re supposed to have a healthy breakfast not liquid breakfast. Trust me i have experience. You can have a bowl of fruits. You can have cornflakes and eggs. keep your diet healthy but please give your stomach something good in the morning. It will help you boost your energy levels also help you get rid of those dark circles.
The way aishwarya speaks is so satisfying ❤😌
Ok America take notes from the honesty behind this video!!
Aishwarya is like "that girl ".
I love how they choose this two people with exactly different tastebuds
The more I get older the more my diet is leaning towards Aishwarya's..
Thaaank God!! At last BI back on track with good ideas and execution. Really enjoyed it. Keep it up guys
But seriously tho am i the only one who loves plain black coffee? But I drink milk coffee too. If I am having milk coffee I add sugar but black coffee should be enjoyed sugarless!!
Not everybody like black coffee and not everybody can make it good. I also dont like sugar with black coffee but I would not have it anywhere. Either I would make myself or go to my choice of cafe. My mother runs away whenever I mention black coffee.
@Sribas Chowdhary coffee is supposed to be bitter and i like the bitterness i guess? The bitterness wakes me right up when I'm really sleepy.
@@SpiritualityiskeyDevi yes ofcourse black cofee is not for everyone. There was a time when I hated it too. But I learned to enjoy it overtime.
Black coffees is an acquired taste.
I love sugarless black coffee and chai , although I hated it at first but now I am addicted .
"DONT LET SOCIETY TELL YOU WHAT TO EAT, DO YOU"
*poops once in 3 days.
Guys, eat healthy. Be healthy. For nobody but yourself. Stop listening to these punks. Ofcourse nothing kills you once in a while, but dont make it a habit. If you dont care for yourself, who will?
Anyone noticed a bug comming out of vagitable basket at 1:18 very quickly at right side down corner of wooden block basket 🙄🧐😟🤨🤔
arrey yaar kya dikha diya
@@anti_fascist buzzfeed ke diet ka detail examination hai ye. 🧐 Thoda portion insects bhi hai healthy lifestyle ka 🙄😌😂😅
Rasesh Thaker lol 😂 btw great observation, i don’t think anybody else would’ve noticed
Maybe your vegetables are washed in the toilet bowl and given it to you lmao! How would you know?
At the last when aishwarya was telling her story it thouched my heart and i feeled it i dont get bullied becz of what i eat i am a big big big junkie but i am bullied becz of what i do,how i do and even worse bullied for my body features and because of the way i look i am a kind of a person that cannot even see someone suffer something even if i hear it. It is so much hard to suffer everything like this in a society like this and i almost cry everyday and feel insecure about myself that i am not as good and perfect as the society tells me but whenever i cry and start feeling insecure i realize no one is perfect nor even the people who are telling me all of this and who are they tell me what I am,i'm the only one to decide it and dont feel insecure becz of these people that cant do good for u and cant even say something good about u dont.
I am changing my career

U know it's simply cus our dna remembers the diets of our ancestors ( epigenetics ) & our ancestors probably found & ate wat was the best out of the local produce there was... It has got nothing to do with pride, our system is jst slightly different ...
@Pancake You say this with pancakes in your dp ... Wow
@@idontevenhaveapla7224 @@idontevenhaveapla7224 Hey bud. Since I'm also from Kerala, I understand what you mean. My point was never that eating American food always is healthy. I 'm saying that quite to the contrary of American food that we see they have healthy foods also. Like avocado and all for example. Why completely denounce American food as bad ? When Indian food is usually more oily , our sweets are sugary beyond belief , ghee and butter is surplus and we have the most diabetic patients in the world (ratio wise) . So that's the thing. There are good food in BOTH cultures and we can eat both and be healthy. That is my point
Or they can just eat what they want just like you can eat what you want :)
I have never watched buzzfeed India but lets give this video a shot
Please bring more content like this! Super love
Started with fun and ended with a really wise conclusion.....love them...

You can hear Shayan in this video! I think he's in production
After watching that subway order , im like , pagal hai ye ladki
Whenever I see a buzzfeed video I realise how much I love Ok tested ❤️
1:20 does anyone see the cockroach
Omg 😳
Wait where's the cockroach?!
I love the way Aishwarya talks 😊
This is pretty much conclusive proof that the way one looks doesn't tell you how healthy they are or how "clean" they eat. Aishwarya looks chubby and Shreya looks thin and more like what we'd consider "fit".
Am i the only one who thinks that Aishwarya's hair looks bomb in the entire video
"I am not a serial pooper".
Omg, how? Is it even possible?
I diet consists of only junk food, thats why she is going through it
