    ❤ I'm 40 weeks tomorrow...preparing for VBA2C, tomorrow, if still pregnant, will do it:).Thank you, Jessica. Your workouts are amazing, it has so much endorphins in it, a natural beautiful pain relief, so "pregnancy symptoms " are lightful. I got an energy boom, seems labour is soon😃🙏

      Hope you will have a safe delivery, is it possible to try vbac after 2 c sections? I have had 2 cs and doctor just scheduled me for repeat cs. For my third pregnancy

      @@lanaa198 Hi, dear Lanaa. Every case is individual. I had 2 cesarean sections for unnecessary reasons and that time I fight for my rights to look to my case individually ( I had many providers, which are still living in the past and told it's impossible or we are not doing it), so I learned well all I need to know how I'm able to... No one can force you in democratic country to do something you are not agree for... But a psychological pressure of health provider or even obstetric aggression ( which I experienced twice, because I didn't know...) is difficult thing for vulnerable pregnant women...In my case it is now in God's ( baby's hands) to born naturally...I'm waiting for day X...I'm trying to do all preparations what I'm able in my situation. A holistic approach helping to cope with pregnancy symptoms and to prepare. Personally I don't like a perineal massage 😬 and nipple stimulation, even it is very highly recommended 😏...🙈

      @@lanaa198 thank you for your wishes...I hope too🙏😭 I'm waiting for contractions like for miracle...But we must be ready for any scenario and accept it...I suffered psychologically a lot after 2 " accidents", but made some mental work to forgive myself, conditions,...to accept the way my babies came to this world ( maybe it was their choice in heaven, destiny, who believes), I'm grateful that they came alive, belly birth...

    ❤ I liked this walking workout!! It was a little different than the traditional move walk move walk. It was fun having a set of moves then walk. Almost to the second trimester with baby #5 and this was just right right to keep me going today!

    I did it Yesterday but i got scared because of my heart rate (almost 200bpm on my watch) i wasn't tired or breastless but i didn't make to the end because of it. I dont know if i was right or wrong, Can you enlight me please. Anyway, love your work and appreciate it from France where i think we're a bit late about sport and pregnancy.

      You will know when it's time x I just found out im 4 weeks pregnant and am doing all the research I can into being a great mum becoming a smart parent will take time but I am ready! Its not about me anymore it's all about the precious person living inside my tummy 😍 i couldn't be more exited to share this journey with him or her thank you God! Amen
