I never actually noticed the issue with stealth.. Probably because the raiders wanted to pretend the guy in tesla T-60 armor with the headlamp on crouched in the bushes was their imagination and not imminent doom.
Honestly, as much as i respect and love seeing those clean player homes, i want to see more player homes that are messy, overall a bit ruined or not fully taken cared of, sorta like Stalker, you can find places to rest and feel a bit safe in, but you see the state and how messy or dirty it can be, wish to see that more in Fallout
@Billy Bob Barnabus yeah, but those are vanilla and unless I use 30 settlement mods and spend hours if not weeks building the entire settlement to look like something I could see in Stalker or that looks messy but livable, I will never get something that entirely looks good, that's why I said I'd like to see more player homes mods built to look messy or in a Stalker like style, specially since I modded my game to look like Stalker or inspired by it
I could see clean houses being used by bougie wastelanders. Whereas the dirty ones are used mostly by survivalists and those who are much less well off in life.

Oh, and I do have something to say about the Deathclaws, I believe changing them per region is deliberate. They're making deathclaws that have adapted to the environment they're in. the same way not having cats in New Vegas was deliberate. Look at the Deathclaws and the landscape in both Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3. There are wide swaths of open land with very little cover. I believe this is why Deathclaws changed between games. On the plains of africa irl there are giant animals, some of which (like the giraffe) are very tall or, like the elephant are very large. And what do you see on the savannah? Large dry open swaths of land with a few trees. Now compare this to the commonwealth. You have more heights, less open land, and the Deathclaws learn how to climb. You also have places like the glowing sea that, while open, have severe limitations on visibility. Same thing with far harbor, lots of cover, shitty visibility. Its why I would warn the Brotherhood off of going there to attack Acadia or establish a presence EVERY time, because their vertibirds and power armor actually become impaired by all the water and fog. That lack of visibility over long distances also does not reward deathclaws for getting taller. In fact larger deathclaws like in Fallout 3 or New Vegas may actually struggle to survive. And when you get to Far Harbor, there's only a few Deathclaws to be found but the heavier armored Fog Crawler, which is low and tough has replaced them. In fact there is literally a random encounter where you see the two fight. Spoiler alert, the Deathclaw normally doesn't do very well. This idea of regional adaptation is backed up by the three smaller animals in fallout 4, the cat, the radchicken and the radrabbit. Notice, only one of them can be found in the commonwealth without using mods. But you go to Far Harbor you hardly get any feral dogs and instead you have cats, chickens and rabbits that become very hard to catch unless you can one shot them and even harder to find without a corpse highlighting mod. Cats are not in New Vegas or Fallout 3. And yet they're in the commonwealth. I don't think they're synths or from a cat's only vault. I think they hung on in the commonwealth because of two factors. 1. Lots of cover. 2. Lots of carrion. They are about the same size as smaller radroaches and bloatflies. I must imagine a bloatfly larvae would be fine feast for a hungry cat. Slimy yet satisfying, pecans, with a very pleasant crunch! But radroaches and bloatflies would be pretty hard for a cat to take down. Notice though that besides tons of dead bodies and humans that will open cans for the cat, there's also lots of dead fish, lots of dead dolphins, and a whole bunch of nommy mirelurk eggs if the cat can sneak past the adults guarding them. Meanwhile in New Vegas lurks are almost non existant. In Fallout 3 there are only a few places that have them. But in Fallout 4, anywhere there is water, there are mirelurks!
One thing about looted world is that even though containers might be empty, you might still find ammo or caps in them if you have the proper perks, but that will be all you will find.
Thats why im using dynamic loot by skk. Im level 16 and all i have is 1.7k caps by selling all of armors i had. I had to buy meds to cure my addictions and illness so i have depleted all of my caps
I think it’d be really cool to get an exoskeleton mod that works more the like the Stalker series. In that game the suits were still very good, but they weren’t completely overpowered. I think that’d be great for something like a survival playthrough
Absolutely loving the stealth mod. You can really see the flaws in the system when you point that out. It would be neat if you pissed off enough people that someone comes after you in a chinese stealth suit that has the ability to detect cloaked suits with IR and maybe if you are savvy enough you can alter your suit to hide your heat signature and counter their stealth detection. If you do it you can counter ambush but if you don't they can ambush you. Also LOVE the junk weapons. Really neat ideas to see how various zip guns could actually be made. Animations Trump graphics everytime. Love all of this.
would be neat if you could change the paint job of the legion power armor to make it look like the "Armor of the 87th tribe" (the armor that you can get if you choose to nuke the legion at the end of the Lonesome Road dlc).

Wow, a modder came up with the thing I had an idea to give Proctor Ingram. I have this running romance fanfic revolving around Danse, where the Brotherhood just gets WRECKED after a fight between Nora and Maxson at the end of Blind Betrayal gets out of control and ends with the Prydwyn getting destroyed by the Minutemen. At that point the Minutemen and Railroad jump in to try and pick up the pieces, determined to be the "better men" so to speak. During the crash Ingram's fusion core gets pierced by a shard of concrete and explodes, turning her into a ghoul and fusing her power armor frame. Tinker Tom and Sturges literally had to pry it open and cut the connections with a blowtorch to get her out of it. They discuss using the lower half of a suit of power armor but eventually settle on a lighter frame made from parts from a gen 2 synth with a back support. Glory does plenty of complaining of course because the Railroad isn't sure just how intelligent the early gen synths are. But its not like Tom and Sturges actually killed the thing, a bunch of Brotherhood folks trying to set up camp in the lobby of Mass Fusion did. I'm getting the ladders mod. TONIGHT. Also, how do I get that whale? And have you seen the video someone made adding half the Normandy's denizens to Fallout New Vegas, plus an original Quarian companion?

I love mods because it just proves that Fallout 4 does not make sense as it is on release. personally any fallouts after 2200 just dont really make much sense, except for New Vegas because youre still a frontier town, but youre actually caught between two massive empires

Say the store has a scaver and raiders take over there more focused on taking than helping themselves.

Seeing a laser rifle animated that well makes me think Bethesda can’t animate guns as well as Ubisoft does in far cry, whilst still being unrealistically inaccurate to follow the rule of cool, which for more sci fi weapons I feel is necessary. Tbh I hope we’re able to mod new guns into cyberpunk someday, I’d love to sling a smith and wesson with a lot of recoil around my pointer finger with alot of spin reloading the chamber by rolling the revolver up my arm like that guy in bullet train does more than once

I love these mods. They all look dope asf! Question though: Is the order of your modlist the same as your load order? I really like the way your HUD and UI has been set up, but I get a bit lost on the order as to which they should be loaded
I think the skeleton suit would be perfect for the institute. I know they have coursers and synths but perhaps they had this before that was finalised.
I wish the legion power armor mod by Mobius on xbox would get updated. Whatever version is available on xbox is made by the same guy, BUT it is a reaaaaally outdated version that looks much much worse. The newest version looks absolutely incredible though! Id also suggest possibly making it not use fusion cores, sort of like the NCR salvaged power armor did. I could see legionares salvaging power armor to use as armor, BUT I dont think theyd be too keen on relying on the tech to power the suit. I think theyd disable the actuators so that it didnt could move more freely without being powered, and so it didnt fail them and run out of power when they needed it most. That's just my 2 cents though! I do love the mod and would still love to see it updated on xbox as it is.

The suits were balanced in the way that you trade in sprinting for protection and more carry weight
