I know it’s hard to eat when you’re stomachs hurting hallie but you have to stay hydrated with cold water and you have to eat food the brat diet so you won’t get any sicker

If she ever feels like she’s gonna puke, what I normally do is lay down low, it relives the nausea feeling for me! So, after I have a lot of sugar, I normally don’t puke, but recently, whenever I have sugar I feel like I’m gonna puke, but, I have a loft bed, so I have to go to the bathroom, by running, and lay down on the cold floor, then I’ll ask my dad to make a pillow mattress and then I’ll fall asleep really quickly and then I’ll feel better in the morning!
When I feel like getting sick I lay down on my stomach- I know people say it can make the nausea worse but it helps me :)
And when I eat something too sweet I feel nauseous too.
If I drink coconut water too much I will throw up
omg same! i have a loft bed too so when I get sick I normally stay in my younger brother’s room so if I am going to throw up I won’t have to climb out of the stairs and stuff

My emetophobia got severe when I was a little younger than her, but seeing how brave and smiley she was just kinda shocked me and now I want to cry because I wanna be that kid. Such an amazing brave little girl
Exactly!! I wished I was that kid who’s heart didn’t go a million miles an hour. I couldn’t even look, or hear someone getting sick. I would cry and hyperventilate especially when there was no way for me to escape it.

A shower or bath can really help it will help her feel more comfortable and at first since it’s warm water her temperature may rise a little bit but as soon as she gets out she’ll be cold again and it will make her temperature go down. Next time someone gets sick just try to get them to get in the shower because it will really help

When I'm sick I take some medicine. I get lots of rest on the couch and watch movies. I eat toast, goldfish, and drink a lot of water.
