    Hi, and welcome to Top Fitness Magazine. I started Top Fitness as an online-based magazine for people who love feeling and being healthy. Fitness has always been a passion of mine, and I wanted a way to share quality knowledge with a community of people who understand the value of health and want to know how to implement it into their lives in a practical way.
    What’s unique about Top Fitness is our real-world approach to health, fitness, and nutrition. There seems to be a lack of information that takes into consideration real research, affordable diet options, smart workouts, etc. If your exercise equipment or your workout routine aren’t lining up with your life, you’re not going to experience the benefits - because you won’t be doing the work.
    At Top Fitness, we aim to fill that gap with up-to-the-minute data that you can use now to improve your life. You shouldn’t have to conform to the workout, the workout should conform to you.

LOL a bit challenging lifting it at the beginning into my cough when you are 5'2 and 120 lbs but was able too with a bit of grrrrrr :) Overall, was done in less than 2 hours and will start enjoying it during this ongoing pandemic. Thanks a bunch

    Thanks for sharing a great review. Is a 35 pound flywheel (at lowest resistance) going to be too heavy for a light weight person, say, under 100 pounds? Thank you!

    • @nameunknown007
      @nameunknown007 3 роки тому

      Not really, 35 pound flywheel by itself does not add much at all, it's just for bike stability I guess. It's the resistance knob that adds the friction, you can lower it how much ever you want.

    If you're tall, this is not the bike for you. At 6:10 he's on the bike and his legs are not extended properly. Google "How to set up an exercise bike" and you'll see the proper angle for one's knees. His are not close and that seat was all the way up. As a taller person this would not be good for your knees longterm. I'm surprised he does not mention this in the review especially since this is a "Top Fitness Magazine" video as it's one of the first things any trainer/bicycle shop/group fitness will tell you...

      @@natalieramirez5158 Yeah I just got mine maybe like two months ago but it already started making weird noises the same day as crazy as it may sound I fixed it by kicking the side of it so if you stand behind the bike on the right side you’ll see the pedal and the cover and I noticed that the pedal used to be More in. At the time I could still have the option to take it back so I took the risk of kicking it back in it took me a few tries but it worked so you should be able to ride it for around 10 minutes before it starts making the noise again and when it does just kick it back in and I was afraid overtime it might break but I’ve had it since August and it still works fine it’s honestly just a poorly made bike but bikes that actually work properly are like $800-$1000 so I just kept this one since I figured out the problem👍🏾

    Your instructions on how to thread the strap on the toe lip are incorrect. The strap should be threaded around the "wheel" on the buckle and BEHIND the release lever. To release tension, simply use your thumb to press outward on the lever.
