This is such an informative video! Thanks for showing the assembly. The paper instructions are helpful but being a visual learner this video was way more helpful. Can't wait to start using it!
Just bought this bike as well and assembled it last night. Starting my regimen tomorrow after work. I'm super excited and specifically chose this bike because fo all it's great reviews. After setting up and testing it out for about 10 minutes, I can already tell it's a good bike! Very sturdy and solid- No Wobbling nor loose parts at all! Thank you for your video! Cheers!
Another option is if you already own a bike just get a cheap trainer and add a speed sensor and mate it with one of the many bike training app. I have a carbon road bike currently mated to a kinetic trainer and use a trainer app but I’ll eventually get a smart trainer so I don’t stress the carbon frame on the trainer.
Thank you so much for this detailed video! From the assembly to how it works, this video was perfect! I bought it as a Christmas gift for my mom. I can’t wait to see what she thinks!
I agree with TJ (below comment). The company should pay you a check. I would not have ordered this bike if I did not see your video showing in detail how to put this thing together. Great job, Peter
Yo Big Bear!!! I just bought a 'Women's Health Men's Health Mini Stepper' on eBay. This particular unit is really substantial and has some weight to it. I think it's around 50-60 pounds. I can tell you it's really well built and well designed and versatile. This thing, fully extended so the platforms rise to their highest position, is like riding a bike while standing up. It's great. You get a no impact workout like a bike gives you right in your home with upper body workout using the elastic cords that attach to its base. You should try this thing out. The steps or platforms you place your feet on can be locked in an 8", 10" or 12" high position to act as a fixed step like on a stepper exercise platform. So, you can use like a platform to step onto and off of for exercise. It also has a digital readout for measuring steps etc. The whole unit is basically 24"x24"x24" approximately.
@@brieb9750 in another review someone described "swooshing" sound, so not I don't think it's 100% quiet but then again at a gym you have all sorts of noise. It isn't going to be so loud that it wakes up anyone in the house though.

@@Omaghrabi I can’t judge the one on here, but I really wanted a magnetic fly wheel for quieter and a much smoother ride. I recommend checking out HappyTail...he reviews a ton of bikes. Finally went with the Joroto x2 and getting it on their website bc they have a 10% off promotion and it was $423 including tax and shipping (free). It’s a big price tag but not for the quality. I just bought it yesterday after a month of searching lol. Good luck!
So I bought this bike and got it set up but I cannot get the display to work. Has batteries In there it will tell me my heart rate hit as for the miles or time it does not seem to work. Where did you connect the other end too?
The pooboo is one of the top sellers on Amazon, but a number of reviewers mention some functional issue within a few months. How's the bike working for you now?
It's still working fine. I use it more like an exercise bike and dial up or down resistance. Some people may stand up and ride it harder, but I haven't had any problems with mine at all!
The seat on my exercise bike looked similar to yours and it was so uncomfortable that I couldn't stand using the bike. So. I changed the seat three or four times with some really nice seats and they all sucked after awhile. I wound up just giving the bike away. How's the seat on that bike?
We tackled assembling the bike as a family project. ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxzg0clhbtRf2gGxPkVETFKJJKGqdsorQu The package is heavy, but I have 2 teen boys that were able to move it. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.
I don't think it's loud. It's much quieter than my treadmill. I would get the impact mat to put it on. It dampens vibrations and sounds. If you're in an apartment, I think this would be the right piece of exercise equipment since it doesn't bang or impact.
awesome video love hearing about ways to save money ..I also did a video on a really good bike on a budget ua-cam.com/video/WuBvt3rWw78/v-deo.html the joroto, I absolutely love my bike and so glad I went with that instead of a peloton.. well not that I was actually going to buy a peloton anyway lol

Hi, thank you for this video. Did you tried to link this bike to Zwift? If so, how it works if it doesnt have rpm? Thanks. ;)
Great video. Helped me build my moms well!
Cool! Hope your mom loves it, Kaden!

Does this bike uses magnetic resistance or friction resistance?
When he shows the brake it's a wool friction brake
Yea that’s what I’ve thought too. But this bike is advertised as magnetic resistance. Faulty ad I guess
What’s your opinion on it now that’s a few months later?
I'm about to jump on it right now, Stephanie! I love it!

What's the highest resistance? How hard is it ?
I'm not sure how it's rated, Jason, but it's hard... you can stand up on the pedals for sure
Is this bike with magnetic resistance?
no

Can you turn resistance all the way up and stand up and pedal?

Great review uncle peter
THE BIKE IS A BELT BIKE CORRECT? NO CHAIN?
Yes
Hi! Is the bike loud??
It’s not too loud. I had an exercise bike with one of those smaller geared resistance boxes and it was louder than this bike
Just ordered it; hope I love it!
Good choice! I think you'll love it, Michelle!
