Imagine spending your whole life trimming/training a tree for a few hours every month and see it in your 70’s im young enough to start and see it fully done, I am going to make a Japanese maple bonsai
Absolutely! Japanese maples are truly stunning, especially when their leaves turn that vibrant red in the fall. The fiery red groves create such a breathtaking, almost magical atmosphere.Thank you❤
@@fsecofficial bruh everybody and their dog know about bonsai that are thousand years old. “these have to be 100+ years old” I call bullshit. They ain’t.
Beautiful. Branches well developed and shaped. Canopies nailed too perfection. Trunks are busting . Well done on everyone involved in theses trophy trees ❤
To my experienced bonsai peoples, what tree is a good tree to begin with? I like the look of the small maple leaves but not sure where to start. Also I’ve seen some small cypress trees that look good to bonsai. I started a vegetable garden this year but I wanna add a couple bonsai trees for aesthetic and also for me to take care of as if they were my children lol ❤️
Thankyou for your wonderful comment! Me also don't know about bonsai..But starting with bonsai can be a rewarding experience!! Since you already have a vegetable garden, you might find the care and attention needed for bonsai trees a delightful extension of your gardening routine.
for indoor bonsai u can choose either Chinese elms, ficus, or jade for outdoors you can choose like juniper, Japanese maples, Japanese black pine etc and if u want to grow it successfully then u gotta give them plenty of light but not in direct sunlight for a long time, lots of water, good drainage soil, and good air circulation which is like wind or u can just use a fan also temperature etc. u can still grow outdoor bonsais indoors if you give can get the environment outside to be inside easily by putting it on an open window that gets the most light which allows wind, light etc to pass through also the leaves get smaller over time so the first few years it will be a bit bigger but it will eventually get smaller since it kind of like adapts to the size of the tree also I think the easiest to raise is a ficus since it’s the best for indoors making outdoors even more effective
i'm amazed at how beautiful these trees look. while they do have a hefty cost sometimes, its well worth the money. its absolutely astonishing what nature can do.
I’m 14 and I’ve just discovered this. I’ve found out you can do this with an apple tree, so I want to start now and maybe in the future they can look cool and produce apples. I will have do be patient tho haha
Yes, it's true! I've seen a bonsai of a lemon and sakura tree.Starting an apple bonsai tree at your age is a fantastic idea and a wonderful way to learn about gardening, patience, and nature. In the future, maybe your grand children will enjoy the fruits of your labor LoL!!
@@MochiMochiMy mean I have already started making the bonsai. Its a tamrind bonsai 2yrs 455days old .It cost 600 rupees as pre bonsai in 10 years 13,000 rupees hence reaching in lakh for yrs to come.
I wish I could have something like this but I don’t have nor the money or patience (it would be finished on the day I die) so I think I’ll stick to jade and ficus for now
I planted an ash tree 6 years ago Last year a wind storm blew the trampoline through the air and took out my 15’ tall ash tree. Well, it didn’t die and I’ve been keeping it pruned based off of UA-cam bonsai videos. The trunk is about 3” in diameter at the base and it broke off about 2.5’ from the ground. Oughta make a nice yard bonsai
That sounds like quite the journey for your ash tree! It's impressive that it survived and that you're nurturing it into a yard bonsai. With your care and attention, it's sure to become a unique and beautiful addition to your garden.❤
Fun fact: While the word bonsai is of Japanese origin, the concept of this art form actually took root in China. Since the Yin and Zhou dynasties nearly 3,000 years ago, people in China have cultivated ornamental plants to imitate natural scenery within gardens - a craft known as penjing.
Don't do that all types of technics for making bonsai , that tree do struggle alot to survive , its be like when you bring a parrot and put in Cage. Humans are so hardy and sens less .
@@dheerajbharvey "Thank you for sharing your concern. I understand where you're coming from, but bonsai, when properly cared for, are not harmed or forced to struggle.
