Our young generation is highly obsessed on securing government jobs because of the significant societal admiration towards them. This leads students to dedicate 8-10 hours of their day in exam preparation, resulting in a gap in their career path as they are unable to transition into the corporate or any other sector. During our visit to Mukherjee Nagar, we delved into discussions surrounding government jobs, peer pressure, and various other related topics.

२००६ मे जो कांग्रेस पार्टी ने एज्युकेशन पोलिसी बनाई थी , जिसमै रिझल्ट % नही बताया जाता , सिर्फ A, B, C, D class बताया जाता है, जिस पोलिसी के हिसाब से १ से ९ कक्षा तक के बच्चे को फेल ना करने का और उसे सिधा अगले कक्षा मे डाला जाता हैं , २००६ मे ही प्रायव्हेट अंग्रेजी स्कुलो को किसीको भी बाटने का काम हुआ ,इसके बाद कोचिंग माफीया ने पैर पसारे, इससे गरिबो के सरकारी स्कूल बंद पडने शुरु हुए , २००६ के बाद इंजिनिअरिंग कॉलेज की संख्या १०० गुना बढाई गई , जिससे २००५ के बाद स्कुल मे १ क्लास मे प्रवेश किये हुए बच्चे ही इससे एफेक्ट किए है , यह गांधीवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी नहीं है यह माओवादी कांग्रेस पार्टी है, नक्सली लाल आतंकियों ने कांग्रेस पार्टी पर पूरी तरह से कब्जा कर लिया हैबाटो और राज करो यही कांडरेस की निती रही है, अब कश्मीर, नोर्थ ईस्ट मे फेल होने के बाद दो नये फ्रंट खोलना चाहते है, खाली स्थान, द्रविड़नाडु , , कभी भाषा , जाती , क्षेत्र मे बाटना , सनातन धर्मो की बुराई , मज़हबो का तृष्टीकरण , क्या भारत का कोई भी देशभक्त नागरिक इनका साथ देगा, unity

It's not about population or mindset if me as a citizen can't choose a job as per my liking than state and market both failing me to provide the social security I deserve but unfortunately we don't have this mindset to ask question rather giving votes to the populist leader who is in power because of divisive politics

I hv carcked govt. Exam just with in a yr after graduation... And the respect and the power it gives u is worth the time i hv given. .. But let me tell u... From what I hv observed .... Most of the students actually not studying the competition is among only 10-20% .. The rest are actually not serious about job not interested in studying... And also there basic scl education is weak that's why they are struggling... Even though they start studying they can't achive it in less time cause they hv to bulid their base first......

Add to that, the continuously leaking of question papers...
Nothing is helping the youth.
Vacancies will always be less even if population is reduced cause, it totally depends upon the requirement. No govt can employ extra people without requirement just because they are unemployed. And suppose question papers aren't leaked, still not everybody will get into govt job because they might not be eligible enough. Student preparing for any non-technical govt job ends up learning almost nothing after years of preparation. It doesn't skill you up. All those preparations can only be used to teach others for preparation. You can't get into private sector on the basis of those learnings.
Every Indian is not made for goverment jobs
Be real and tell me how many can be employed even if we have the least corrupted government in the world.
Even if selection reaches to 10% still how many would stay unemployed? And government kitna seat hee badha legi. At the end of the day supply to demand ka 50% kabhi bhi nhi pohoch payega

It just took me 6 months to reliase that gov jobs are not me.. initially my family was disppointed and my salary was really low at private job but now i'm working at one of the top MNC with really good package. I think people should understand thier own capabilities and work on that.. some of my friends and cousins are still preparing for gov jobs and it has benn 4+ years already and they are depressed

There are tons of vacancies in Govt jobs.
I was working in MNC for 2 years then left the job for UPSC preparation but stuck in this cycle for 6 year, ab bahar nikalne ka rasta samaj nahi aa raha hai. I repent my decision, all my friends are earning 30-40LPA. 😢

The main reason why anyone prepares for a government job is job security....ek aam Insaan ke andar ye baat baithi hoti hai ki ek baar govt job lag gayi to bas life set hai....ab jahan private ya corporate sector me job karte hue aapke mann me aata hai humesha kuch na kuch sikhna padega skill up karte rehna padega..but in govt we don't need that so saare jhanjhat ka ek hi ilaaz hai sarkari job....so moh maya tyaagna mushkil hai bahut but yeah if you move or take one step ahead you will see scope bahut hai or jagah bhi.....

We want to know how they deal with stress and anxiety, how they restarted their life, what are they doing now, what lessons and experience they want to share with younger aspirants. Sometimes we learn more from failure than success. Media and Bollywood are too busy to glorify successful people. But what about failures and hardships of life? No one teaches us how to face these.

I appeared for Bank PO exam in my final year of post graduation. After the results i decided to go for private industry jobs and I am so glad that I did that. One should realise which field is better for him and then only should work hard in the same ❤

The problem is the lack of jobs in core sectors/ pure science and arts sectors. Eventually in India everyone has to prepare for a service sector job (banking, IT, teaching etc.) even if they have natural sciences which are more research oriented than being market ready.
If you suppose a Food product company will employ a chemistry graduate to develop a new flavouring agents/ preserving agent. This type of core sector research jobs are missing from the market and the research contribution state of private entities is very dismal.

i am 21 year old my family income is around 50k to 100k( gov job ) I want to be a white hat hacker which i stared from class 4 th I nearly practice more than 6 year and my first income is from microsoft of 1000 dollar(80000 rupee ) of bug bounty but i want to work in india ( private job ) the package i recive from india big compony Infosys is 2 LPA and in usa i got offer from microsoft around 100k dollar ( 80 lakh ) with free trravel all around the world

So government exam becomes an easy way out for a middle class aspirants

I graduated in 2018(BTECH) and started preparing for govt job exams. Gave my best for the next 3 years but failed at various levels. Decided to switch my career in 2021 and been working in pvt sector. I am glad that I took that switching decision 3 years ago. The amount of pressure I was facing after 3 years of preparation was very high.

Tbh I don't think clearing govt exam is as difficult as others are showing nowadays, suppose the forms of any govt exam released and 10lac applications were filled this doesnt mean that you have competition with those 10lac people if we take average then nearly 80k or 50k students have done preperation by their heart and soul, others are just the crowd that went to each and every exam just for the sake of getting govt job,
So just simply focus on yourself work upon your weak areas and try yo analyse your perfornance after each and every step, and you can clear many railway/ssc/banking/defence exams, although hardworking is always the necessity but smartwork too can save your much time.

Well,we have private jobs but they are so sh8tty that nobody wants to do them. There is literally no job security here(your damn employee didn't like how you do things and bam,you are done.) and the employees are just worse. They will literally abuse you on even a single mistake or even when you don't agree with them no matter how much you work for them and the time limit ? uffffffffffff. You don't know when will you return if you are working on a low level. Even a damn lowlife constable will insult you just because you are a common man and have no government power. Very true.. I was born and brought up in Maharashtra's Palghar district(one of the most industrialised disctricts in the country) and now I reside in my native place in Tripura. In Maharashtra I would hardly see anyone talking about government jobs but here in Tripura it's like you won't survive without a government job!

At this point of time I really fed up of youtubers talking about shortcomings/problems with government jobs. Why no one is talking about problems in private jobs???????
There are so many problems in private sector and everyone knows that but still no one guts to talk about it.
1. Just months ago Narayan Murthy was propagating theory of working 70 hours a week and yesterday news came of a working professional did suicide due to work pressure.
2. Everyone saw the lay off by companies last year. So talking about job security is just waste of time.
3. We all know the working conditions in private sector.
4. Just see the basic salary of every companies in private sector, it's still 10 to 15k since last 15 years.
The list goes on.........
Really bro the only drawback govt jobs have is getting in, if you crack exam then you have a bright future ahead be it railway/banking or any other you have a good income+lots of allowances,

I don't know about other general degree courses but I'm at the bcom final year & in this course there're a lot of things in the syllabus that can give you a decent entry level job but it's the students who ruining it don't study the syllabus properly and run after govt jobs only. How can a course which have almost 50-60% OF The syllabus of CA cannot be corporate ready ? It's even have higher employability rate than engineers, but the students don't take it seriously and spoiling the course...🙏

I think the current scenario will be changed around 5 years later because of Artificial Intelligence and capabilities of AI is beyond human so if we need to achieve beyond human capabilities we need implement AI in our daily lifestyle so that we can keep up with the time. And i know AI will take over majority sector of jobs but as well as it will give you jobs so just implement AI from now on and you will not worry about you're future jobs.
