    Well said sir.As a professional in my opinion HRM professionals r the backbone of any field and need of the time in present scenario nd for future in this Competitive world .AI nd Training Methodology play's a vry vital role in any sector for OD.Good trainers r the backbone of any Sector.Nice lecture.

    What's the actual role of HR in a country like the US where the workers don't have any safety net and where they can be replaced at a moments notice? Seems like you can solve any problem by simply firing the worker and replacing them? It feels like it's much more complicated in Europe where labour laws require you to solve issues and releasing a employee is not the first option or an option at all.

      There are a few discrimination laws protecting certain classes like minorities and older workers. These usually don’t mean anything when the company can just come up with a bullshit reason to fire an employee. That’s when you need a lawyer.

    Will it be possible that HRM will transform to AIRM in future ??? I'm planning to do my PhD thesis in this field.. please guide will I be able to do this difficult task?

      Perhaps it'll go the other way, which may be perceived as even worse, where the robots are managing you.
