- I have never hated and loved anything like this before.
This game's dub is a mix of great and horrible, and it's making the story so much more enjoyable than it probably is. I can't wait to replay the entire thing and laugh/cry from this dub.
Maybe I'm just a masochist.

Tbh when the Maria part came up, I thought someone was finally gonna mention how her VA just constantly says things with the wrong inflection. Other characters do it too but it was non stop with Maria.

Zeno sounds way too old for his age, and I kinda wished he sounded more fired up. Armen Taylor would prolly sound better voicing Ohza or Chroto IMO. xP

I'm glad you didn't assault my ears with the Aussie. That aside, Maria's voice isn't nearly energetic enough in the dub, regardless of age.

I thought about playing the JP version, but I love the English dub too much.
They had to record from home so they cant be like hey give us some more emotion in your dialogue or try it also the only voice actor i know for sure is Joey Zieja who has a recording booth setup
I would be inclined to believe that if Kira Buckland didn’t nail Risa’s character down perfectly.
@@IncoRabbit Thats how much of a good person Kira is she has a wide range of voices she can do like being risa then going to Honoka from DOA then 2B from Automata
@@SgtTankDempsey You basically just told me that, other than Kira, the rest of the actors didn’t even bother trying.
Especially when compared with Genshin’s english voice work, where they’re working under the same situations.
