RECIPE:
• 500 g (3 cups + 2 tbsp) All Purpose Flour
• 4 g (3/4 tsp) Salt
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 170 g (½ cup + 3 tbsp) Warm Water
• 5 g (2 tsp) active dry yeast
• 180 g (3/4 cup) Yoghurt
• 2 Tbsp Olive oil
To Brush:
• Butter
