He talks about how he teaches about the wooden dummie not many sifus, talk about the wooden dummie at the start of learning wing chun, sifu Adam explains the mechanics and energy lines of the dummie. And other aspects of training the dummie, his experience is extensive, 30 yrs I listen to a lot of sifus, and sifu Adam, is on another level with wing chun, way more advanced, take in every word and ask questions, and you will learn alot.
