    Good episode Master Wong. As a youth, I started with Okinawan Karate. At the school I went to, we would, as a class, before the belts went to their groups, all stretched together, back over back, leg raised to capacity, sidekick leg raised to capacity inside leg push out and pull over. Ah, those were great days. You brought that back to my memory, I had totally forgotten it was so long ago. Thanks for reminding me. Got to get to work.

    5:34 I was also able to do it successful since I was in 7th standard to 12th standard but afterwards I stopped to do it afterwards and the reason was I was not getting its ramification in real time fighting I found that my legs splitting helps me to kick high but I wasn't getting its advantage in real time fighting.

    What I find funny is a lot of these clowns love to disrespect Wing Chun. I love Wing Chun and love to watch the demonstrations on the Muk Jong, also the warm ups.
    I go to the comments and theres always someone that says "🤡that shit wont work in the ufc🤡"
    Or
    "🤡that shit wont work in a real street fight🤡"
    The funny thing is I do not see those same people in the comments of Sifu Wong's videos.
    I wonder why that is🧐🤔
