This time I went for a sweet that combined purple sweet potato and ice cream.

I love sweet potato - I buy a couple every week. Some goes to the locusts that my chameleon eats. I have whatever is left. Vanilla ice cream and sweet potato is a great combination - two subtle and delicate flavours that compliment each other.
