It's great that it was clearly explained how to categorize your warm-ups based on your own requirements. Yet people still just want some magical warm up sequence from you, that is specific for them. Not all of the internet requires zero of your own brain. Fight your way out of the paper bag, and have another listen.
This might be a stupid question but lets say you are going to do some bench press. You do your warmupdrill and when your done with bench press you are going to do some other chest exerise. Do you do a warmup drill before that one too?
I would at least do a couple warm up sets not going nearly to failure just to get accustom to the exercise even if you have done the exercise a million times. Kinda get your head right for the exercise
