UPDATE on the Garden Arches

An update to share with you all the great benefits that I have found from growing on the garden arch grow tunnel that we showed you how to make in a previous video. This thing worked so well! So easy and productive. You will love it!

That’s a cool companion planting trick. The cucumbers locking the tomatoes onto the trellis, and the trellis making it so easy to harvest. Not to mention the beauty it adds to the garden.

Amazingly bountiful, and beautiful garden! It never ceases to amaze what a tiny seed produces. I have two little zucchini and two little cukes and I was dancing around😂

You'd laugh at my efforts at my first arch. I couldn’t afford the cattle fencing and used what I had on hand which was a thinner wire fencing that needed reinforcement. So I used electrical conduit (dumpster dive) tubing and zip tied them to the outer edges. I grew squash and it was a problem when vine weevils attacked. The weight of the pumpkins that survived was causing the arch to sag in the centre. Beans were also too heavy. I've since changed to morning glories for the hummingbirds and added a third conduit in the centre.

Nice garden. And nice to see you looking so very well.
The only downside to fire is it will damage the galvanizing on the metal trellis and it will start to rust.

It’s mostly used for livestock here but a Dr can prescribe it for parasitic infection if needed
