Shin Lim performs beautifully, Kostya Kimlat has smooth moves, Vitaly Beckman is a great thinker - but Simon, you are hands down the best magician to ever appear on stage in front of Penn & Teller, bar none.
To do what you do so elegantly, on a bare stage, with just your two hands and the absolute bare minimum props necessary to perform the illusion, takes a certain amount of guts and a hell of a lot of skill that I can only imagine took decades to refine.
The fact that you fooled them so hard the first time that they didn't even realise they'd been fooled was impressive enough, and it's a testament to your character that you took it in such good stride. Fooling them a second time, though - just wow.

Great work. Love the simplicity, there can’t be many ways to hide the method when it’s such a simple, well known trick. There was a point when you turn the note over halfway through and it seems like you clearly fumbled something (clearly but still small) yet I can’t tell what you did apart from assuming you had put the next note in place behind the one you were showing… but where did you pull the other notes from and hide them? It doesn’t seem like you would have deliberately fumbled that because everything else was so clean and devoid of obvious distractions.

Just listened to his recent interview on the Tim Ferriss Show. Such a cool, down to earth, open guy.

This is one of the cleanest acts ever! Even when you know n’ understand the basics of the bill-transformation illusion it’s mindbending.

I don't know much about magic but I do like to read the explanations or take a shot at figuring it out for myself. For me, the most magical tricks are the ones that are so elegant and so well-crafted that I just give up and go "you know what, I don't know and I don't even want to know, I don't care". This is one of those.

Every once in a while I watch this and have no idea in the world how they did it.

The best billet switch I've ever seen. It's so clean I got lost in the routine and after watching in several times I can't point to any tells in the moves. 10/10

Yeah, I feel like I'm watching 3 card monty. I wasn't even positive what I was seeing until the hiccup.
