Hi all, we have added a link to the thesis report in the description where you can find more detailed info.

Wow
SO COOOOOOOOOOOOL!
very nice. UWB systems that require fixed anchors don't work for my application, this would be really good to have. "These types of systems are vulnerable to disturbances and require a continuous direct line-of-sight to perform as intended" exactly. I like this solution.
A lot of drones now have a feature called follow me, works pretty good and I think it just tracks the transmitter 😳
Are there any special receivers involved? Is it possible to integrate the solution with a smart phone device/ application.
Very nice project. May I know what UWB sensor did you use?
It is a DW1000 module from Decawave
Please brother..do make the video about this project
And what if the distance to the anchors is 5, 10 meters? What is the accuracy?
Hi, I want to ask, what microcontroller are you using to control all 4 DWM1000 modules? And do you use the same microcontroller to drive the motors as well?
Hi,
Great question!
This was a thesis project done at Cybercom. I'll link you the report, where you can read more and hopefully find the answer: publications.lib.chalmers.se/records/fulltext/249921/249921.pdf#page=64&zoom=100,0,132
@@CybercomSocial Thank you very much!
It's very interesting. How about performance when the remote-controller is on the non line-of-sight ? In that case, Is it useful ?
Not really, UWB is not really good at going through walls and objects so the performance is highly depreciated
@@gabrielortizb So, how about for human body?
As a example, UWB is in the my back pocket and another UWB is in thr front of me. Is it useful in this case?
Hi! Great project! What is the maximum distance between the four anchors and a tag to track it correctly? thanks :)
Hi Carlos,

@@CybercomSocial Thanks :)
May I know what if there are 3 uwb tags and 3 bot at the same place near each other. So can each pair of bots track their respective uwb tag without interference? Can this project be done realtime now?
Please help me with this
Hi, check out the thesis report for even more detailed info: publications.lib.chalmers.se/records/fulltext/249921/249921.pdf
Brother...it's obstacle avoidance..? please brother make another video about this project.how to make wiring and coding.. please bro please....
loooooooool
Do you have any source code to look at for this project?
Hi Nathan, the code is not public yet but if you like such projects, we welcome you to get in touch with your idea for a possible collaboration.
You can send an email to info@cybercom.com and we'll guide you in the right direction.
hey do you still have this code? or more scematics :)
What..?
Can you help me
Hi Vikrant,
Please specify what you want help with and we will see what we can do :)
@@CybercomSocial Hello, may I know more information about the UWB sensors that have been used in this project?
@@alexbeh2061 Hi Alex you can read more about the project on our web: www.cybercom.com/innovation-zone/our-projects/3d-positioning-by-uwb/
@@CybercomSocial Hello, may I know more about the multilateration? Is it create 4 sphere in the space and solve the equation to find out the x,y,z position of the moving tag? Why flipped the anchor to horizontal? What UWB that you using in this amazing project?
For following the moving tag, the z value (vertical distance from the robot the the moving tag) is meaningless, right?
