  • A full 4K HDR (and 1080p) upscale of the entire series, also taking all but 9 episodes and re-cutting them seamlessly into feature films for every single arc. Have a favorite arc? Order 66? The Rako Hardeen Deception Arc? Mortis? The Nightsisters? Yoda's Journey? Maul's Revenge? This project converts the entire TV show into the definitive theatrical experience, perfect for your nice 4K HDR theater setup.
I have also reordered the episodes to fit a (mostly) chronological order based on the entire series official order list. This fixes many, many continuity problems for those who get confused when they watch it in viewing order. There are some minor alterations to the official episode order to make these arcs work as films, but any changes to the official chronological order are small (Putting Maul's Season 4 and 5 arcs into a single epic 3 hour cut, moving the lone episode "A Friend in Need" up a bit in the timeline to fit with the Heroes on Both Sides arc. Making Cad Bane's seasons 1-3 arc into a single supercut). The rest of the alterations follow the official continuity order (2 season 1 and 2 episodes are now part of the extended Clone Wars Theatrical Film Cut due to them being part of the Battle of Christophsis, ect. ect.) and greatly enhance the show's viewing experience.

I wonder how many Jedi, padiwans, and clones have died because Jedi gave up because of “no attachment” rule.

Luminara immediately gave up on Barriss. No wonder Barriss betrayed the order.

While Luminera's words are correct and Anakin's attachments *are* a huge issue, his actions are correct here. He and Luminera weren't doing anything that was so important that attempting to save those two valuable lives was going to be wrong. In a later season when he has to leave Ahsoka behind he does (not happily) and takes council from Plo-Koon. All life is sacred and if you can save one you do it. Provided that you, to quote Aayla Secura, do "not to sacrifice a thousand lives for one".

Agreed. For all of Anakin's flaws, this is the type of scene we remember when thinking of the "good" in Anakin that Luke later refused to give up on.

Exactly, not everything is proof of Anakin falling to the darkside. Much of it is proof of what a good person he was at his core. @@MechaSalesman

@@TaraCicora He was a good man. He cared about his friends and family extremely deeply. He would literally die for obi wan and ahsoka. Look what he did for padme. He was manipulated and twisted. Sure he has his dark tendencies but he was very loving and friendly. I'm also over people saying he's always been evil

Yes, saying that he was always evil (or saying that the Jedi were 'corrupt' - inept perhaps might be better) is a lazy response. The horror of his fall is that he was a good person to start with. Good intentions that were manipulated to crack under the right conditions. The novelization of ROTS makes it clear what his headspace was when he finally gave in. None of this means that his actions were right after he fell or with the Tuscans, but to understand the reasons makes it far more horrific. @@Armor_of_Torrent

@@TaraCicoraMatthew Stover's ROTS novelization is a true, modern, literary masterpiece and a must read for any fan of the film. Again, it remains one of the key inspirations for why I made the Episode III supercut in the first place.

While I agree with attachments being dangerous, it was shown multiple times during the series that his friends survived because of it. Luminara gave up on bariss. Ahsoka knew he would look for her. Anakin also saved her during her trial. All he needed was mature direction.

Exactly, it is the duty of a Jedi to protect life.

This is one of the attachment issues that Anakin illustrates. One of the most important and seen early in the series. Just a great arch. The best part is from 3:01 onward. Thanks Mecha for editing a great arch for us.
